Introduction:

Interior designer is a new successful type of work That every country and
every place need an interior designer, customers now judge by the design the
quality and the way the employees talk so interior design is a big part of work now,
now we have interior designer which is in my opinion way better than civil
engineering because its way easier because civil engineering considers as a more
dangerous work and it is somehow more risk-taking because a civil engineer has to
visit and always be on the construction site which somehow you will get hurt due
to the place and construction equipment may fall on you, while an interior designer
is a much safer and peaceful work to do, also interior design is more profitable
because it is a new type of engineering in the business industry and it will be done
with so many technological tools which accept no mistakes and it costs less money
and engineer’s energy.
What makes this business successful and unique:

in the current century and this generation, people are attracted to things
which are more visible or we can also say the appearance of things, due to that
interior design is one of the business aspects which is related to art and the visual
world; meaning that not everyone can be attached with this business it needs
someone with peaceful and art-related minds. By opening a small company and
hiring a bunch of engineers the company could hit a really big success.
If a company such as Farouk holding knows about your business it’s definitely a
big hit for the company because of Farouk holding build lots of apartment
buildings and a lot of other building, for example, hotel grand millennium took a
lot of work both interior designing and the exterior designing but if the interior
wasn’t as good as the exterior customer would complain and even not visiting the
hotel because interior designing is an art and also a science of enhancing the
interior of the building and to achieve a better look and a healthier and more
aesthetically pleasing environment for the customers and even the employees.
Interior designing is not as easy as it sounds it needs Lots of planning, research,
and coordinates.
Interior designer has a really old history, for example, the pyramids of Egypt if you
personally see the interior of the pyramids you would be amazed how it built as
much as it is interesting in the outside is also a lot more interesting inside, the point
is interior designing has an old history.
What are the needs of this business:

Interior designing is not about everything to be perfect its about the things,
imperfection, restoration, reclaiming, and knowing the customer’s connection
about a certain design
Some customers have a unique taste of design the interior designer discovers the
connection of the customer and the unique design that the customer desires, some
interior designers like to play it simple, do the design simple but unique and adding
calming colors to the design because when some customers see the simple design
and the color they get excited that they choose this company they came in and put
more trust to the company, interior designers add more paintings to the wall, more
lights, more art, to add a peaceful environment to the company that they are
designing. Now even every house hires interior designers for their house to make
an amazing design for the interior because the interior is more important for houses
because the owners of the house see it every day, the designers must make a unique
design for the interior so that the owners won’t get tired of the design.
The products for the business is not too hard to find most of the products are
available in IKEA and also at a fair price, most of the unique products are ordered
from china with high quality the reason of ordering from china is because some
customers have unique kind of taste in design, so the products we order is by
special requests as the customer desires.
The cost and revenue model:

The cost of the designs is per design some customers want it simple some
customers want an expensive design, but the interior design company I established
is a bit cheaper than the other companies, the price per hour is 26.94$ per hour but
the company I established is 23.99$ per hour these doesn’t seem much different but
if we calculate a project to finish a design might take 950 hours (40 days) is
22,790$ but in the other companies is 25,593$ this is a big difference, 2803$ is a
lot of money for an only one customer so the customer is giving the priority of the
saving money between choosing a company between many companies, and when
the customers realized that your work is the same as the others with less coast, that
will be great advertising for your company

The product price is per product but all the products are at a fair price, the interior
designers use their art for less product costs such as paintings, art rocks, and many
more. This makes the product costs come lower and lower by putting more art into
the design.
What are the Interior designer duties?

● Quest for and offer on new tasks

● Decide the customer's objectives and prerequisites for the undertaking

● Consider how the space will be utilized and how individuals will
travel through the space

● Sketch starter configuration plans, including electrical and parcel

formats

● Indicate materials and goods, for example, lighting, furniture, divider

gets done with, ground surface, and plumbing installations

● Make a course plan for the inside plan undertaking and gauge venture
costs and the all cost

Conclusion:
Interior design engineering is one of the most useful and easy handed
engineering which nowadays becomes one of the most common engineering
aspects. It is way more profitable and more desired by the customers because
nowadays people want their company and houses' interior way more important
than the exterior. People want to add more art to their everyday life and interior
designing is all about art and science and peaceful looking interiors.
