■ Inside- your heat (make everyone feel their heart beat)
● Who doesn't eat meat here? Why? / Does everyone eat meat here?

● Who needs extra amounts of protein?
○ Athletes
○ Sick people
○ Pregnant women
● Protein is best friends with water
○ Protein follows water everywhere
○ If you increase your protein intake you have to increase your water intake
too
● Materials
○ Get paper from printer room for coloring
○ Activity: In groups of 3-4 write down all the protein foods you know and
the group with the most gets a prize.
● Provide foods:
○ Explain what the food is and why it's good for you.
○ Protein from foods is best but supplements and shakes are good for
people who need extra or cant get enough from the foods they have
access to.

Promotes: Satiety (feeling full), Omega 3 intakes, Vitamin E and Magnesium intakes
