Southern Leyte, Philippines, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, APOLONIO C. ADVINCULA,
JR. likewise of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Ibarra, Maasin City, Southern Leyte,
Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for and in my name, place and stead for my
own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things:

1. To obtain or secure a copy of my Marriage Contract with Carmencita O. Dolera at the

Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Tacloban City;

2. To execute, sign and authenticate any document/s in connection with the above-stated
