Subject: Regarding selling the insurance policy by making false

information.

Sir/Madam,

I Ajay Gaur have been sold insurance policy heaving policy

number - 21140267; by providing fake and false information, by
one of your companies representative Mr. Yogendra Mathpal (Sr. Co.
A.M.), Mr. R.K Sharma and his associate group.

The contact person (i.e., Mr. Yogendra Mathpal (Sr. Co. A.M.), Mr.
R.K Sharma and his associates) had contacted me for taking loan
without interest, to which I showed my interest, it was further told
by him that if you want to take the loan without interest then you
have to take an insurance policy from the bank and then the bank
will disburse the loan amount after due verification in which he
assured to help me.

Initially I was been insisted by the contact person Mr. R. K.

Sharma, and told to apply for the policy through online mode, but
as I rejected the same as I was not efficient in handling the internet
and computer hence I told them my difficulty of not applying for
any online policy, Since I was in need of liquidated money because
of my financial situation I wanted loan and it is due to this reason I
agreed to take policy through cheque no. 001066, dated
12/02/2019 of INDERSPRASTHA SEHKARI BANK LTD.
In furtherance to which they send me to Mayur Vihar branch of
your bank specifically, to do the processes and take the policy from
there only, though I asked for the nearby branch of the bank. I was
given the hoax that soon as I will take the policy from the branch
specified (i.e. Mayur Vihar Branch) my loan sanctioning process will
be initiated by the bank. They further told me that you will get a
verification call and they tutored me for the same, it is to mention
here that they told me that your verification call will be recorded
hence you have to say that you have taken the policy by your own
will and without any type of pressure or any other conditional
promise from the side of the policy agent of bank and they further
told me that I have to agree to all whatever they say further adding
to this I was told to put my signature on all pages soon as I get the
policy and I have to whatsapp the signed copy of each page of the
policy to them then, it was told to me that once you follow and to as
told to you then your loan proceedings will be initiated by the bank
without any quickly, smoothly and without any hurdle, which I did
as told to me since I was in need of the loan amount and they had
given me assurance that once the policy will be issued I will get my
loan sanctioned also.

After doing all whatever has been told to me and after deposition of
the policy amount and since the issuance of the above mentioned
policy I am trying to contact them, but none of them is taking my
phone neither they are calling me back.

It is to again bring to your knowledge that the company on August

9, 2019 emailed me stating, “We received your first request for
cancellation on Jul 30, 2019 which is beyond the freelook period of
15 days from the receipt of your policy document. Therefore, further
to our telephonic conversation we cannot comply with your request
for cancellation of the policy”, which clause is certainly not
applicable in my case as 15 days clause shall only be applicable for
those customers who want to avail benefits of the policy whereas in
my case, the insurance company in order to defraud and deceive
me, sold the policy stating that if I purchase the policy, I shall be
eligible for the loan amount as I was in dire need of loan. Insurance
company taking advantage of my need committed fraud on me by
making false communication to me.

It is further pertinent to mention that the basis of selling the

property to me by the insurance company is false and fake and
fraudulent and hence the contract itself is void ab ignitio and
hence the insurance company is liable to not only pay back my
entire money but also should be penalized to compensate me for
creating mental agony and distress to me all this while by not
receiving my calls after I purchased the policy and now cooking up
false and fake reasons in the mail dated August 9 th 2019, which
mail is totally concocted and an after-thought of the insurance
company, which you please take into consideration

Any such above mentioned reasons given by insurance company

are fake, false and are made up reasons in order to get away from
any legal and moral liability towards me as customer.

Under the light of such situation I am requesting you to kindly

cancel my policy and refund me my money back because the above
mentioned persons which are the agents of the bank have cheated
on me by making false promises and by giving hoax of issuance of
loan amount if I buy their policy.
