Compulsory Personal Contact Programme : 2010 – 2011

The Theory, Practical Classes and Practical Examination for the students of the above programme will be
held at Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar. Classes will be held from 7.00 am to 7.30 pm for the students
of both Tamil & English medium on all the 7 days as indicated below.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Students should be punctual for all the classes. Late comers are not eligible to attend the classes.
2. Attendance on all the 7 Days of Theory and Practical Classes are Compulsory.
3. The Personal Contact programme attendance certificate for the supplementary candidates and fresh candidates
(Enrolment Number not mentioned in the roll) will not be issued at the PCP centre.The attendance certificates
will be sent to the candidates directly by the Directorate through Registered Post in the following week.
4. Students must bring their Identity Card and produce them at the time of Practical Examination.
5. Supplementary students should pay a sum of Rs.200/- towards the ‘Subsequent PCP Fee’ by way of Demand
Draft drawn on the Indian Bank, Annamalainagar (or) ICICI Bank Annamalainagar in favour of The Director, DDE,
Annamalai University and submit it to the co-ordinator on the first day of the PCP.
6. Students are eligible to take their examination only if they attended the Personal Contact Programme on all the 7 days. If
inspite of this warning, a student failing to fulfil the attendance requirement gets himself registered for the examination
and write the examination, his results will be cancelled.
7. Change of batch is not allowed under any circumstances.
8. Students have to make their own arrangements for their stay during the PCP.
9. Exemption from attending the PCP will not be entertained under any circumstances. Medical Certificate or any other
explanation for inability to attend the Personal Contact Programme will not be considered.
10. Cell phones are not permitted inside the class room.
