2. The User has to achieve minimum Rs.3000/– from the current project to continue the contract (to get the next project
and Bonus).
3. There will be no mix-up levels in regards of payment & payment will be paid according to the accuracy level
achieved by User.
4. Once the project is delivered is not taken return back.
5. If the number of ERRORS exceeds more than 25 errors in a project, the project will be considered as cancelled and
the contract would be terminated

Note : If You Will not submit Final Backup to Company, Report can’t be provided & project will canceled
also contract will be terminated .
After submission of project, error report and next project (if succeed) will be given after 5 working days.

a) For minimum submission the user (he or she) must achieve minimum 1500 rows i.e. Level ‘E’ out of 4000.
b) If User fails to submit minimum submission project will not be accepted and signup amount will be forfeited.
c) Payment will be done according to above mentioned level as per ERRORS.
d) THE USER HAS TO ACHIVE MINIMUM Rs 3000/- FROM THE CURRENT PROJECT TO CONTINUE
THE CONTRACT (TO GET THE NEXT PROJECT AND BONUS).
e) There will be no mix-up levels in regards of payment will be paid according to the accuracy level user have
achieve.
f) He or she should have a minimum typing speed and working hours should be minimum 6 to 7 hours each day
(24hrs.) if required user has to provided more time for this particulars assignment.
g) If the number of errors exceed more than 5 (Level E), project will be Considered under point “I”.
h) If the number of errors exceed more than 10 (Level D), project will be Considered under point “I”.
i) If the number of errors exceed more than 15 (Level C), project will be Considered under point “I”.
j) If the number of errors exceed more than 18 (Level B), project will be Considered under point “I”.
k) If the number of errors exceed more than 20 (Level A), project will be Considered under point “I”.
l) If the USER makes errors between (6 to 25 for level E), (11 to 25 for level D), (16 to 25 for level C) & (19 to
25 for level B), (21 to 25 for level A), RISIKA SOFTECH SOLUTIONS will provide him/her a payment at
the rate of Rs. 0.50 paisa per row without any new assignment & contract will be terminated without any
notification.
m) If User Cross the 25 errors in a project then project will be canceled and contract will be terminated.
  COMPANY will not be responsible for the work not being completed by the USER because of any
kind of technical failure, like hard disk crash, Software crash etc. of the computer on which the USER
is working. Company will also be not responsible for loss of Data.
 COMPANY will provide only one “Software Activation Keys” against one project.
 For every assignment the payment will be done according to the accuracy level achieved.

Terms & Conditions

1. Everybody willing to take up the Excel Numeric Entry project from COMPANY should make sure that
he/she is capable enough to accomplish the task successfully. The person undertaking the working
project will be called the USER.
2. For taking up the project, the user has to purchase software paying as sign up amount of Rs.2500/- (Rs.
Two thousand five hundred only).
3. The project will consist of one assignment, each to be completed in 7 days. i.e. the USER will be having 7
days to work on one assignment including the day of receipt of the password, required for running the
software, but The user can not continues the project after 7th day’s night 12.00 am, otherwise it will be
considered as cancel project & contract would be terminated.
4. The completed assignment/project will have to be submitted on the 7th day before 12 Am. late submission
can’t be accepted and contract would be terminated.
5. Each assignment will consist of only 4000 rows. There will be no any diagrams, pictures or tables but only
digit will have to be typed. No formatting of the text being typed will be required. The only to be taken
care of will be the ACCURACY of the digit to be typed.
6. The USER should strictly to the following in order to maintain the ACCURACY of the matter being
edited.
 The digit should be exactly same as those are in the scanned files. The USER is supposed to type
exactly as per the image file.
 The punctuation should be their respective places as per the image file. Numerical mistakes will also
be counted errors.
 There should be no missing /extra or duplicate text .They will be counted as many errors as the
number of characters therein.
 The character count in one column of the image file and that of a being typed should not differ.
7. The errors left by user, if any, will be shown to him/her highlighted in red colour in a sheet after
submission.
8. The user will provided errors sheet within 10 working days of the submission.
9. If a candidate takes any measures as a proof of his / her work for cross-checking of report, the candidate
has to get the measure authenticated by the company prior to submission. Otherwise that will not
considered as a proof & no conversation will be made further regarding report.
10. No communication by the user In this regard will be entertained after reporting.
11. Recurrence of project errors before submission, no excuse will be accepted regarding errors after
reporting.
12. As per our policy the user should be sure that his/her identity would be not disclosed to anyone or
anywhere for any purpose
13. Our project / assignment offer is not related to any kind of direct or indirect employment to any person.
14. Number Entry should be started from the very first row and line without leaving any space. The space bar
should not be pressed at the starting or end of a line. Otherwise it will be considered as an error.
15. There should be a single space where it is seen in the image file and there should not be a SPACE where it
not seen in the image file.

16. The USER will be provided with the accuracy report after 7 working days of the previously submitted
assignment
17. Risika Softech solutions Reserves all right to end/alter any terms & condition at our discretion without any
prior notice.
18. The assignment will be rejected and contract would be terminated on the occurrence of any

of the Following :-
A. In case the USER does not work on the project seriously, timely and as per the specified accuracy
parameters, the registration fees will not be refunded and forfeited by COMPANY for sub standard
performance of the USER compensating COMPANY for different costs incurred, like courier expenses,
project handling expenses, whole infrastructure involved in the process, software costs, and most
important being loss of time, during the entire process of availing the work to the USER
B. The assignment is not completed by the USER within the stipulated time frame of 7 days (at 12.00 p.m.),
otherwise it will be considered as canceled project.
C. THE USER discontinues the project or makes error more than 25 in a single project.
D. USER makes incomplete submission on the submission date as suggested/directed in the project
guidelines sheet.
E. The work is sub-contracted by the USER. The USER has used some unauthorized means, indulged in
breaking through the password protected structure of the program/software.
F. It will be on the sole discretion of COMPANY to decided if the USER has used some/any unauthorized
means to broken through the password protected structure of the program/software or not . It will not be
practically possible to give the USER any proof of such an act having been committed by him thus if any
such conclusion extracted by our technical team will be final and not challengeable anywhere. No
communication with the USER in this regard will be entertained further.

Technical guide lines to be followed by the user

1. Starting and Ending no Space
2. Same digit matching.
 3. Always start from left alignments
4. Each and every Raw must be saved using the SAVE button.
5. Do not leave any column blank .
6. Pages must be typed serial wise.
7. Do not mismatch the Serial Number
8. Make proper Login Logout.

DECLARATION

3. I have thoroughly read and understood the above terms & conditions and agree to work, the
Excel Numeric Entry project being provided by RISIKA SOFTECH SOLUTIONS and pledge
to abide by the same.
4. Furthermore, I will not challenge the company on any of the above terms and conditions.
5. The entire dispute is subject to kolkata jurisdiction.

AGREEMENT FOR VALID CONSIDERATION

This agreement is made between 1st and 2nd parties of Excel Numeric Entry for valid consideration.
Whereas RISIKA SOFTECH SOLUTIONS having its office in, W.B. is considered 1st party.

AND WHEREAS I Darga Jahiruddin having considered 2nd party undertakes to perform the
following mode of project Excel Numeric Entry at my own risk within time limit as I have gone
through the rules and regulation framed by 1st party without raising any objection whatsoever from
the 1st party, after going through the same .
