Date: AUGUST 18, 2020

1. A major strategy to support the Department of Education (DepED)

Bawat Bata Bumabasa - Project 3Bs stipulated in DM No. 173, s. 2019,
SDO Rizal under its flagship program Blue Rizal Barangayan para sa
Bawat Bata Bumabasa (BR-B4), Kasiglahan Village Elementary School
shall conduct the Online Capacity Development On BR-B4 Cum
TEACHING BEGINNING READING (TBR), REMEDIAL READING
(RR) AND COMPETENCY BASED TEACHING-LEARNING (CBTL)
this August 24-28, 2020 via google meet platform.

2. The activity aims to:

a. Introduce modalities of teaching beginning reading and remedial
reading depending on the grade level and literacy of the child;
b. Capacitate teachers, teacher volunteers to become community
reading tutors or warriors.
c. Enhance the competencies of all participants through exposure to
varied and latest trends in teaching.
d. Revisit modalities that can be used in the teaching-learning process
to deepen once understanding of the competency, and
e. Recalibrate the knowledge and skills of teachers in terms of the
blended learning virtual platform to teaching and learning in
response and as adaptation to our possible new normal system of
education.

3. Participants to this training are all teachers.

4. Training delivery is through Google Meet.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
