BS Criminology Program Outcomes (PO) Performance Indicators

Graduates of the BS Criminology program are individuals able to:

a. Generate new knowledge through criminological research on Law Enforcement Administration, Crime
Detection and Investigation, Forensic Science, Criminal Sociology and Ethics, Correctional Administration
and Criminal Jurisprudence as basis of policy making, information dissemination, extension, and to
promote community and social development programs and projects;
b. Apply the principles and concepts of jurisprudence of criminal law, evidence and criminal procedure, Understand the principles and jurisprudence on law enforcement, public safety and
human rights and victim welfare; criminal justice.
c. Demonstrate abilities, skills, knowledge and competencies in the field of Law Enforcement - Discuss the various law enforcement and public safety agencies.

f. Effectively communicate both orally and in writing in the presentation of investigative report writing, legal
forms, court presentation and community relation;
g. Work efficiently and independently in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural sectors displaying
professionalism, nationalism, patriotism, decision making, management, administration and ethical
standard;
