Yes, we use credit card transactions. If payment Is less than five thousand, then we use cash and
if payment is five thousand or more than five thousand then we use bank account for payment.
Online credit card fraud is less because we use our bank account for payments. It means that the
chances of fraud are very less. We don’t use e wallets because most of our customers are not
familiar with e wallets. We use alternate consumer payment options because we accept payments
through easy paisa, jazz cash, HBL connect or like other digital apps for payment. We accept
digital currencies and peer to peer payments. We also use cash in hand. We use e payment
methods in business to business transactions. We use mobiles and laptop as a hardware in our
business and we also have a server. Our members have access to the website and when an order
generates, that social media app or account give us notification. We use internet of different
companies like PTCL, ZONG. We have intercommunication through WhatsApp and we also use
WhatsApp and other social media sites for advertising and to introduce our new product firstly to
our consumers that they can buy easily.

business to be not that much different from our competitors we have managed customer’s

When any customer buys a product we have a management system that shows the customer that
he/she has to fill a registration form that helps us gin audience data and we use that data for
advertising and other purposes but only for the betterment of the business and we assure the
customer that his/her data is not being used in wrong way. It is a difficult process because mostly
consumers are afraid to enter their details so we have setup a minimal information technique and
that includes username passwords and email address and we have also provide a 2% discount to
the customer who creates a profile or register him/herself as our customer and this help us gain
more and more customer registration. And we use to send discount coupons to the email of the
customer who provided their email this also helps us in Email marketing.
Personalization:
Personalization uses information from tracking, mining and data analysis to customize a person’s
interactions with a company’s products, services, Website and employees. When a regular
customer visits our profile he/she sees the same product or the product he/she searched for the
last time this help the customer to find out the better product and less time consuming and tis has
also increased our sales.

When an international transection is not fulfilled or the customer has any other question he/she
can contact us through our contact center which is in Pakpattan and other cities. Most probably
the customer asked the same questions so we have designed answer that covers mostly the most
