Completion of this unit taught me that knowing about the products

and services that your business offers is crucial as this can either
significantly increase or decreases sales nd profitability. Providing
accurate information and recommendations was also reviewed in
addition to up selling. Overall, I believe that by mastering these
skills, I will become a valuable asset in my future endeavors within
the hospitality industry.
