1. Share what you personally learned from the group and what step do you intend to take to
use of what you have learned or continue to learn more about the subject on your own.

I’ve learned a lot of things like how to create a good relationship with other people as
well to accept my strength and weaknesses as a teacher and as a person. I started to
motivate myself to be a good leader led by example, be responsible, be respectful and
encourage people growth as well to realize the main task of a true leader that has the
confidence to stand alone, has the courage to make tough decision, and the compassion
to listen to the needs of others. A leader does not set out to be a leader, but become one
by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.

2. Begin the sharing with the words “I hereby resolve”.

I hereby resolve some of my defiance in terms of my willingness to stand for something

I believe with solution and my hard time in motivating myself as well my students.
Through this sharing I realize that it is not good enough to always have opinions with
other people I need to comprehend in my own belief and share it to other it is needed
if you want to be an upright leader you have to stand of what you believe and be
responsible whatever be the outcome. Self-motivation is essential. As a teacher we are
also the source of motivation of the students, as we shared I learned that we need to
adopt in the new era be resourceful and innovate some motivational strategies that will
help to uplift your way of teaching and be inspired of what you’re doing.

3. Suggest way to continue learning about the learning contents.

Were done about sharing things that really matter in every one of us. We’ve learned
from the experiences of other like how to be a good leader, some ways and strategies
of teaching, knowing our different perspective and point of view in dealing with the
problems and also how to handle our strength and weaknesses. To learned more about
the content maybe it’s fine if we adopt some of the strategy and other learning that we
acquired about the sharing and try to apply it in our own situation if it is applicable,
then analyze what happened and note you own experiences, share it to the group then
gathered some reaction from the group and settle some innovation.
