The humble bail petition for bail filed on
behalf of the accused petitioner namely-

1. That the petitioner accused is quite innocent and has committed no
offence at all.
2. That the petitioner accused has not filed any bail application in this case
either before this court or before the apex court prior to it.
3. For that the petitioner accused has been falsely implicated into this case
out of grudge, malice and due to local party politics.
4. That the petitioner accused has not been arrested on the spot.
5. For that the secs. as alleged have got no application against
the petitioner accused.
6. That there has not been recovery of any incriminating articles from the
possession of the petitioner.
7. For that there is no criminal history of the petitioner.
8. That the petitioner has not been named in the FIR.
9. That the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional
statement of the co-accused Abhishek Mehta in the police custody
which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law.
10.For that the petitioner accused is no manner concerned with the alleged
occurrence.
11.That the petitioner accused is rotting in the jail custody since 23.07.2020
for no fault of the petitioner.

12.For that the petitioner accused undertake to submit the C.C of FIR,
wakalatnma, stamp etc. after the opening of the court fully.
13.For that one copy of this bail petition has been sent to the A.P.O Birpur
on his WhatsApp/Email id.
14.For that the petitioner accused are man of means and there is no chance
of his absconding or tampering with the evidences in the case and
petitioner accused is ready to furnish the sound sureties to the
full satisfaction of the court.

It is therefore prayed to inlarge the

petitioner accused on bail and for this
the petitioner shall ever pray.
