VETASSESS - Checklist

 Current Passport-style Photograph.

 Current passport bio-data page only (not the entire passport).

 Application Form (SRG1).

 Skills assessment fee AUD $ 880 (Normal Track – Processing time 10 to 12 weeks). If want to
apply under Fast track then need to pay AUD 600 extra where assessment will be
completed within 12 working days. (Credit card details will be required in the SRG1
application form).

 Education documents:
o High School Document.
o Academic degree certificate/s
o Complete and official academic transcript/s.

 Employment documents:
o Experience certificates with job duties. Each experience certificate must contain
the following:
 Start and Finish Dates of Employment in DD/MM/YYYY format
 Hours worked per week
 Full time or Part time
 Salary Details
 Description of Duties Performed – Around 12 job duties
 Must be dated
 Contact details (direct no. and official email id) of the signing authority
 Must be on Company’s Letterhead

o Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Résumé

o Evidence of paid employment – At least 4 to 5 months’ Pay-slips for each year

covering the whole employment year.

o Organizational chart (on company letterhead) highlighting your position, if

nominating a managerial occupation.

 Official Change of Name document where applicable.

 ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE COLOR SCANS OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND MUST
HAVE A RESOLUTION OF AT LEAST 300 DPI.

 PLEASE CHECK PERSONAL DETAILS (NAME, DESIGNATION, DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT),

FORMAT OF THE CERTIFICATES (INTRODUCTORY PARAGRAPH MUST NOT BE EXACTLY SAME
IN ALL EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES), ISSUING DATE, NAME AND DESIGNATION OF
AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY ON ALL EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES BEFORE TAKING FINAL
PRINTOUTS.

 KINDLY MAKE SURE YOUR ONLINE PROFILES (I.E. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.) HAVE THE
SAME INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE FOR CASE FILING.
