TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 The competition is targeted at students of grade 11 and above.
 The photograph should portray the theme, ‘Creating Art; Capturing Life’.
 The photo can be either BW or Colour.
 Photographs are not allowed to be manipulated, only minor light exposure corrections and
cropping can be done.
 Participant should provide a softcopy of their entry via. any media to the exhibition committee or
at the ASA office, Department of Architecture, Pulchowk Campus or mailed to the address
photographycompetition076@gmail.com within the given deadline. The photographs will be
printed by the organizers.
 The participants should provide a suitable caption to their photograph.
 The photographs should not have won in any other competitions before.
 The photographer may place a price tag in their photographs and if sold 25% of the cost shall be
contributed to the exhibition committee.
 The final selection will be based on the judgement by the jury and the votes.
 The selected artworks will be exhibited on the exhibition days (6th to 8th of Ashad).
 Winner will be awarded on the closing ceremony of the exhibition.
 Upon any issue, decision will be of exhibition committee 2076.
