June 11 – Jan 15 – UK Vice President - P&L responsibility for UK business T/O £38m. (c.
500 associates, 28,000 customers, 430,000 service calls pa) Sales, Customer Service and
Operations.

➢ Led consistent, rapid revenue & EBITDA growth in the UK from c£21m to c£38m
➢ EBITDA - 2011 - 7.6m (35.5%) to projected 2014 - 16m (41.3%)
➢ Restructured Sales teams to reflect changing market conditions

branch customers via Key Accounts Team, Field Sales Team and Call Centre. (Total circa
200 staff)

➢ Remit to split sales and operations into separate functions – completed. (Functional
model did not work as planned, due to the economic downturn)
➢ Re-structured Key Accounts group to align skills with Account Base

Dec 05 to Oct 08: Shred-it Inc. – (World leading document Security Company)
UK Country Manager (promoted Dec 2005) (reporting to SVP EMEA) - Full P&L
Responsibility for UK Business, through a network of 9 Branches.
Main Achievements:
➢ Led consistent, rapid revenue growth - £4.9m to £17m
➢ EBITDA - 700k in 2005 (623k from Manchester Branch) to +6.3m in 2008
➢ 4 Presidents Award winning branches in 4 years.
➢ Opened Shared Services Centre in 2008 to centralise back office functions.
➢ Led he implementation of SAP in Q1 2008
