500 associates, 28,000 customers, 430,000 service calls pa) Sales, Customer Service and
Operations.
Main Achievements:
➢ Led consistent, rapid revenue & EBITDA growth in the UK from c£21m to c£38m
➢ EBITDA - 2011 - 7.6m (35.5%) to projected 2014 - 16m (41.3%)
➢ Restructured Sales teams to reflect changing market conditions
