United Nations had requested to supply masks, gloves etc to needy people and people from
abroad are willing to donate money towards the same.

We will be following all safety measures. This will help rural people from starvation, particularly
be beneficial to women self-help groups and also people of other Nations survival as well.

NATURE LABS is directly supporting the millets for education, cultivation of millets.
NATURE LABS is helping 48 villages directly on promoting millets, Tamilnadu Rainfed
Farmers Producer Company, Disabled trust for 200 students on Opto Volt Braille Scale. With
that NATURE LABS Trust is manufacturing artificial limbs in (South India & Mumbai).
Nature Labs works on Research Projects that would help ecology. The research goal of Nature
Labs to innovate things that would preserve our nature, create job opportunities, earning for rural
people, bridge the gap between urban and rural requirements and hence reduce the traveling to
cities for education and jobs.

On the other hand to provide jobs from technology, project network for academic institutions,
help to reduce the pollution, clean water and healthy food. Nature Labs promotes the awareness,
learning and knowledge on organic farming, millet, rural education through rural learning.

problems on end to end solution in agriculture, consumer and ecology.

Covid-19 pandemic is Third World War without Weapons killing lesser people but destroying
global economy to a greater extent. The situation allover the world is grim, similar to second
world War post scenario. All the people will be struggling for their livelihood.
Hence, immediate attention has to be given for agriculture & health, while production of
industrial goods, education etc, can be attended subsequently. However transportation maybe
arranged as required.

After lockdown and ascertaining stoppage of Covid19 virus spreading, people can move to their
work place and start the production activities in a phased manner. As the money in hands of the
public/ industry is drained production/ sales of consumer goods will not be much. Similarly
construction activity will also be slow.

Under these circumstances, both governments and financial institutions need to help everybody.
Loan repayments should be staggered and further financial support should be given @ a lesser
rate of interest for restarting.

In fact Agriculture needs immediate support. Failure of harvesting farm products and other
related issues are to be taken up.

Considering this pandemic situation, further construction / expansion in Metros & other larger
cities should be avoided. Instead, satellite towns created and or powers should be decentralized,
so that people do not move there. Also, Internet facility should be strengthened so that
discussions can be held through it, minimizing the travel. This will help to control this sort of
epidemics in future. In fact 50% of the employees in the power centre to be transferred to other
locations, so that the real development will happen in other areas.

TRANSPORTATION - Railways to be improved, local cargo ships to be introduced to reduce

our energy. Solar power system should be implemented in all buildings. Battery operated two
wheelers should be introduced and people to use public transportation

All dams desilted, only small barrages, lakes built, interconnection of rivers based on contour
levels. These activities will create employment, improve ground water level and Agriculture will
improve.
Education system to be rationalised and students to be admitted to nearby schools/colleges which
will reduce traffic problems leading to less oil consumption as well.

We have to allocate more funds for Agriculture, Education, Health and other Research and
Development Activities. Instead of increasing number of States, districts, powers decentralised so
that the real improvement will take place earlier.

AGRICULTURE - Further all the government/ co-operative godowns are to be inspected,

necessary repairs to be carried out & made ready and further godowns should be built for usage.
Also construct air conditioned godowns near towns, for stocking fruits/ vegetables. Further
refrigerated vans to be introduced for transport of vegetables, fruits etc,. Also fruits processing/
value addition facilities may be created and training can be given for people.

All the countries' production/ revenues reduced, reserves getting depleted, individual's savings
being eroded. Hence people will spend for food & healthcare only. Even we may produce but
how about sales and returns.

But we are lucky to have sunshine through out the year and we can employ more people in
Agriculture and produce food grains so that our people will not starve. As the nature scientists'
Masana Fukuoka & Nammalvar advice, we will go in for organic cultivation and we in our
country can live happily with good health. Hence let us concentrate on agriculture related
activities first and continue our efforts in other areas/fields as well. Let us hope for better
situation by next year.

5. To fix the price for the commodities produced by the farmers by themselves (cereals, pulses,
millets and vegetables) without the intervention of any such persons aforesaid, taking into
account of demand ,value addition with optimization of operation cost.
To create awareness in the environmentalism(Ecology) in rural, urban and village areas, to invite
research scholars, agriculturists, agriculture specialists, volunteers , Promoters and to invite
them to participate in the promotion of agriculture, protection of nature and ecology .
To help /undertake/ merge the industrial units operating and belonging to small farmers in any
area upon their request and to protect their interest.
6. To provide all scientific and research oriented projects and information to help and improve
ecology, to provide opportunities to youngsters to settle in jobs, to augment rural earnings, to
narrow down the gap between urban and rural folks in all walks of their life and requirements .
7. To do Research on green ecology and help innovative projects that would have a definite bearing
on rural health .
8. To bring together rural young mass and to utilise that human resources especially agriculturists
in upgrading their income vis a vis their standard of living and to desist undue exploitation
thereof.
9. To consider, encourage and/ or undertake for management or affiliate all projects that are alike
and in line with the above object.
10. Farmers associated with the company & Nabard farmers clubs will be advised riskless farming of
nature crops and gain benefit of selling their products based on demand/ forecast with 20-30%
hike in commodities pricing.
11. Preservation of farm produce and preparing for sale of value added products.

12. Improve agricultural productivity, efficient usage of natural resources and reduction on the
farming on the environment.

13. To help farmers to reduce the loss of crops due to pests , diseases and inferior storage
methods and increase yields on existing lands . Direct trading of farm produce between farmers
and consumers for the benefit of both .

14. Providing Food security using millets ,its exchange thereof for educational institutions and
through farmers skill development programme .

15. The equilibrium between need and our availability of resources will lead to a better /
increased resistance to drought and increased agricultural production augmenting food supply,
fodder, fuel timber etc. thus improving the standard of living leading to reduction in poverty
induced migration

14.To accept gifts in cash or kind and allocate funds for research and development.

i. Traditional rice varieties , Millets and Vegetable cultivation and marketing

consuming traditional grains and supply of traditional grain seeds by developing seed villages.

17. Train people to prepare and supply natural fertilizers / pesticides and promotion of traditional
animals for supporting organic cultivation.

18. To train , sort grade , convert to value-added products of traditional grains and arrange for
direct sales. Also create awareness among general public by all means for usage of nutritious
traditional food grains .
 19. To promote planting of trees for producing bio-fuel , besides creation of percolation ponds ,
farm ponds in farmers fields in conservation of water .

20. To help the farmers in designing and producing simple farm tools & accessories through
computer aided technology for cultivation / harvesting at cheaper cost , with lesser man power.

21. Develop low cost desalination equipments for agriculture irrigation by using Nano Technology
and giving scientific solution for more grain production per drop of water .

22. To establish farmer producers groups / organizations / cooperatives /NGOs and help them to
run profitably with expertise guidance and also marketing their products under a single brand
name.

23. To bring back cultivation in abandoned lands into a profitable venture and prevent conversion
of farm lands into residential plots .

24. To create highly remunerative job opportunities to educated youths in villages, by imparting
training mechanized farming, repais and maintenance farm equipments.

4. The liability of the members is limited and such liability shall be limited to the amount unpaid on
the shares respectively held by them.

5. CAPITAL STRUCTURE:
1.SHARE CAPITAL:
a. Authorised Share Capital is fixed at Rs. 10 lakhs divided into 10,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 100
each with rights as provided erstwhile in the Articles.
b. The shares can be divided into the shares of several classes , with rights and privileges
properly defined / modified / reconstituted by the Board from time to time.

2. DEBENTURES AND LOAN CAPITAL:

Funds may be accepted from individual, companies, firms , banks , government, semi
government/ co-op sector banks towards loan capital for carrying on the activities of the
company by way of debentures or loans.
