3. RESPONSE
Students who have opted to take the Tests Online do not need to do anything now. You will be sent
your user id and password by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided us on your Enrollment
Form. Students opting to appear for the “Sit-down Tests” at the Centres please ensure that you send
us the enclosed Response Letters meant for each Test at the appropriate time according to
the dates mentioned below to help us to make suitable arrangements for the Tests at the
various Centres.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any Test to students who have
not confirmed their attendance either through the response letters or online. All students
are therefore advised, in their own interest, to respond, either online or by Post,
immediately on receipt of this circular to enable us to make suitable arrangements for
their participation in the Tests.
Please respond even if you are NOT planning to attend any of the Tests. After you have
responded, you will not receive any further communication from us about the Tests.
You will be admitted to the Tests only on production of your original Admit Card with your
photograph affixed thereon, embossed and issued by our office at the time of your enrolment.
Students not holding the ADMIT CARD, will therefore not be permitted to enter the Hall
or take the Tests.
Please note that this step is being taken in order to safeguard the interests and convenience of our
genuine students and to prevent non-students from taking the Tests. Your full co-operation is hence
imperative to ensure the successful conduct of the Tests.
6. RESULTS
The solutions for each Test will be given to students after the tests are completed on the same day at the
Centre. Answer papers of the Tests will be valued and the percentile score will be e-mailed to you . The
result will also be posted on our website: www.brilliant-tutorials.com.
1. Parents and guardians should come only to drop the student at the entrance of the Centre in
the morning and to pick them up again at the end of the day. Please do not spend the
entire day at the Centre.
2. Please do not pressurize the Centre Authorities for change in the timings and avoid demanding
the Question Papers in the absence of the student − they will not be given to you.
3. Students should strictly desist from writing on the walls, scribbling or otherwise causing any
damage whatsoever to the desks, furniture, bathroom fixtures, lifts, etc.
4. Every student should bring sufficient drinking water to meet the day’s requirement for
himself/herself. Water can be conveniently brought in water bottles or sachets.
5. Please make every effort to leave the premises in the same clean condition as found at the start
of the Test and ensure that litter is thrown only in the containers provided for the purpose.
6. Cell phones must NOT be brought into the Examination Hall. They will be
confiscated if found.
In all matters connected with the conduct of the Tests at the Examination Centre, the
decision of the Examination Superintendent will be final.
You will not receive any further communication about the Tests unless there is a change
for your Centre.
Wishing you success in all the Tests and assuring you of our best services at all times.
Yours truly,
