Thanks for your email. Please find below our comments:

The problem is that the customer is using the wrong combination of wire and flux and hence we suggest to communicate
directly with the client on a technical level by our welding experts.

In the photos sent earlier we have seen that Bajrawia is using an EM 12 K wire and therefore recommended the flux
based on this information.

We have offered the UV C 401 flux to the customer because they are using an EM 12 K wire and with this wire the best
flux to use is the UV C401 flux. This wire and flux will meet impact requirements up to -40 °C.

If the client has a requirement of F7A8 then they should use an EH 12 K wire and not an EM 12 K wire. This wire and flux
will meet impact requirements up to -62 °C . In this case we recommend to use our Union S3 Si with UV 418 TT flux.

Please try to find out what the impact requirements of Bajrawia are and we suggest to start a technical dialogue with them
on this aspect.

Please pass this info on to Bajrawia.

Bajrawia engineer contacted me and told me that the powder code does not work with the wire he is using .. because he
uses F7A8, AWS A-5.17, 30 KG .. You sent F7A4 powder, AWS A 5.17 .. We expect a problem with the customer ..
Please explain how to treat this the problem.
