 Take a process that you encounter on a daily basis, such as the lunch cafeteria or the journey from
your home to school or work, and identify the bottlenecks that limit the throughput of this process.

Congestion can be defined as a specific problem in part of the process. An example of congestion, according to my
understanding, is the traffic congestion that you encounter daily on your way to work, for example, my way to work
should not exceed 20 minutes, and due to traffic congestion, the road to work takes 40 minutes per day to go and
return at a rate 40 lost minutes.

And another example is the presence of a small number of employees with the presence of many customers, and this
represents a bottleneck on the staff and pressure such as requests for restaurants such as fast restaurants and the
season of sales in stores.

Another example of suffocation is the presence of an excess supply in exchange for less demand from the other
party, which leads to a decrease in the offered prices due to the large supply and lack of demand, such as the
presence of many shops for rent with less demand from the tenants, which leads to a decrease in the rental value. .
