Collaboration with other financial institutions and changing the marketplace by providing customize and
multiple payment options/products for businesses and customers. Especially using prepaid cards to
make mass payment less complicated, and more of a simplified process to accommodate unique
circumstances.

Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk is a part-time role that can work from our office in downtown
Toronto, or from their home (assuming they have internet access and a computer)
during business or non-business hours, including weekends. This person is responsible
for helping orders flow smoothly through our system by ensuring the correct data is
entered, and when necessary, entering the correct data. We are looking for someone
who is hard working, smart, has great attention to detail, a fast learner, and good with
computers. While this job will not require coding skills, being able to code is an asset.
You will be paid on an hourly basis, and expected to track your time as well as the work
you perform.
Responsibilities
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information;
establishing entry priorities.
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for
deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning
incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
Enters customer and account data by executing manual API calls and database
queries.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and
procedures.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or
reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is
incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data. This will require analyst to
execute database SQL queries.
Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new
data; reviewing output.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed
changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information
confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
