LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Login
Student Account
 Students must use a verified email address in order to login to their accounts
 Student accounts are generated during enrolment and shall be the same account used for virtual
classes
Password
 Passwords may be changed upon login by accessing: Options Menu>Profile>User Account>Edit
and save changes.

Dashboard
 View announcements and other information.
“At the right side of the screen is the chat box wherein students can instantly communicate with the subject
Instructors if the Students have questions or clarifications. The Principal, Academic, Accounting and
Registrar’s Offices are also in the chat box”.

Enrollment
Registration
 Students must fill out all the required fields.
 Upload photos of requirements and wait for the Registrar’s Office to evaluate your application.
 If the required documentary requirements are not yet available, student can send a promissory
letter stating the date of submission of documents.
For new students (PSA Birth certificate, Good Moral Certificate, Form 138)
For transferees
Once evaluated, your application will be forwarded to the Accounting Office for the assessment of your bill.
Enrolment Status: Evaluated, (wait for the Accounting Office to update your bill), Billed, (you may now send
your proof of payment and wait for the Accounting Officer to confirm your enrolment) and Enrolled.
“Use Google Chrome browser to upload photos of admission requirements and proof of payment to avoid
any incompatibility issues.
“You can still edit your personal information while waiting for the Registrar’s Office to evaluate your
application.”
Payment
 Upload proof of payment and wait for the Accounting office to confirm your payment.
 After the confirmed payment, enrolment status will change from Billed to Enrolled.

My Transactions
 Students can view recent payment transactions.
 View tuition fees, miscellaneous fees, discount (if any), total school fees and outstanding balance.
“The transaction section allows students to view their payment transactions”.

My Profile
 View basic information
 To edit your Basic Information go to My Profile>Basic Information/School Attended>Edit>Save
Changes.
 User account (name, email and password)

My Subjects
 View all subjects (subject name, subject code, section and units)
 To view subject lesson, go to, My Subjects>View Subject Lesson.

My Notes
 Create personal note.

My Assignments
 View assignments for every subject.

My Grades
 Students can view grades in all subjects for every grading period (Preliminary, Midterm and Final).
 Search Bar is also available for faster lookup of information.
