FREE LANCER CONTRACT AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into at , this day of , 20 , by and between

1. MUHAMMAD ZEESHAN ALI (FREE LANCER)- PAKISTANI

2. SAYED SHAKEEB HUSSEIN (In behalf of CRYSTAL BIO WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT TRADING
LLC)- PAKISTANI

3. MAY AOYANG (In behalf of CRYSTAL BIO WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT TRADING LLC)- PILIPINA

All of the above are legal Resident of United Arab Emirates

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants

made one to the other, be it and it is hereby agreed as follows:

1. CRYSTAL BIO WATER TREATMENT EQUIP. TRADING LLC agrees to give assistance of giving visa for
Mr. Muhammed Zeeshan Ali.

2. Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan Ali agrees to pay all the expenses for his residence visa in Dubai under the
company CRYSTAL BIO WATER TREATMENT EQUIP.TRADING LLC.

3. Mr. Muhammed Zeeshan Ali will not receive any salary from CRYSTAL BIO WATER TREATMENT
EQUIP.TRADING LLC.

4. Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan Ali will do work of his own, with his own expense and will only use the
documents of CRYSTAL BIO WATER TREATMENT EQUIP. TRADING LLC, company is not liable for any
COMPLAINT, SERVICES, MAINTENANCE, EXPENSES AND LOSSES from Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan Ali’s
personal client and vice versa.

5. Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan Ali agrees to give 10% of the profit in every personal project.

6. Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan Ali agrees to pay VAT of 5% in every tax invoice that he will use to
CRYSTAL BIO WATER TREATMENT EQUIP.TRADING LLC.

7. CRYSTAL BIO WATER TREATMENT EQUIP.TRADING LLC. Agrees to pay Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan Ali
the labor charges for every project (amount will be determined according to the project) that they will
ask Mr. Ali to do.

8. CRYSTAL BIO WATER TREATMENT EQUIP.TRADING LLC agrees to pay Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan Ali
or every site visit that he will do for the company.

9. CRYSTAL BIO WATER TREATMENT EQUIP.TRADING LLC agrees to help Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan Ali
to acquire his personal car.

10. CRYSTAL BIO WATER TREATMENT EQUIP.TRADING LLC agrees to provide a Post paid mobile sim to
Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan Ali.

11. Both parties agrees to be transparent with the names of the client and the prices.

12. Both parties agrees that no one will interfere with their own clients.
13. Mr. Muhammad Zeeshan Ali agrees not to use the company documents and/or company
properties without the knowledge and approval of the company.

14. Both parties agrees to protect the interest and good image of the Company.

15. Both parties agrees to sit down and discuss every concerns and settle things out in a good verbal
or written agreement to protect the harmonious relationship.
