Sherweb partner benefit guide Sherweb
eligible partners must first engage with their Sherweb account manager and undergo a full Sherweb partner engagement process. This process includes all of the following steps:
For Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and Sales Performance Incentive Funds (SPIF), the joint engagement plan consists of a written plan prepared by the Sherweb account
manager and the partner, defining the MDF amounts to be paid by Sherweb; the marketing/sales activities that will be done by the partner and Sherweb; the sales targets
and any other applicable terms and conditions. Once the joint engagement plan is finalized, the Sherweb account manager will process an official MDF/SPIF request to the
Sherweb Partner Success Team and if the MDF/SPIF request is approved a Marketing Agreement will be signed by the Parties outlining the terms of the MDF/SPIF request
For Marketing Consultation Services, the joint engagement plan consists of a mutually agreed written plan between the Sherweb account manager and the partner, defining
the marketing consultation services to be provided to the partner by Sherweb and any other applicable terms and conditions. Once the joint engagement plan is finalized, the
Sherweb account manager will process an official marketing consultation request to the Partner Success Team and if the marketing consultation service request is
Marketing Development Funds (MDF) & Sales Performance Incentive Funds (SPIF):
• The partner must have the marketing and sales resources and capacity to complete the marketing activities set forth in the joint engagement plan and Marketing Agreement.
• Payment of MDF and/or SPIF will be based on the partner’s performance and completion of the marketing activities and may be issued on a pro-rated basis.
• Proof of Execution (POE) is required and must be submitted by the partner to Sherweb before the partner can receive any MDF or SPIF payments/credits.
• Payment of MDF and/or SPIF will be made as a credit and applied against any outstanding balance of Partner.
• Sherweb has no obligation to enter into a Marketing Agreement with any partner and the MDF and SPIF program rules and conditions are subject to change by Sherweb at

For partner benefits level 4: A maximum of 8 hours of consulting services per year
• Marketing consultation services are limited to marketing resources and expertise available internally at Sherweb and exclude all financial and monetary contributions
• SherWeb has no obligation to provide marketing consultation services to any partner and Marketing Consultation Services rules and conditions are subject to change
• The partner must undergo full product training. Each line of product is subject to a different training session.
• Only partners who obtained a certification by product are eligible to receive leads.
• Sherweb issues the certification to a partner, in connection with a specific product, once the partner has successfully completed the applicable product training.
• Sherweb makes no guarantees as to the quantity and quality of leads provided to eligible partners.
• Sherweb may limit the quantity of certified partners by product line, by expertise and geographical region.
• SherWeb has no obligation to provide leads to partners and the Lead Generation Program rules and conditions are subject to change by Sherweb at any time without
prior notice.
