COMFORT AND RIDE PERFORMANCE

Using comfort juries and pressure mapping techniques, Sears has the capability
to optimize seat cushion comfort. Suspension ride performance is optimized
using recorded vibration data from the field to drive the man-rated, six degrees-
of-freedom ride simulator. Suspension components are modified to achieve the
optimum objectives and subjective ride comfort performance.

Sears has a complete testing facility to assure that our products meet the global requirements for performance,
reliability and safety. This includes the capability to do all types of mechanical testing on components and
complete suspension seat assemblies using field recorded data. The cushion lab can test cushion component
materials and complete cushion assemblies.
