1. INTRODUCTION
The ANYVIEW-500R Innovation mobile C-arm features excellent x-ray Image, quality, accuracy, reproducibility
and long-term stability. Fast kV rising time minimize unnecessary patient dose and supply superior Image
quality, fast Image response.
The operator control console is designed to be simple and user-friendly and one can select or change x-ray
parameters easily using a large soft membrane switch.
Automatic Calibration function will minimize calibration time and set correct calibration value. Computer
program of ANYVIEW-500R offers graphic waveform of kV, mA and data of x-ray exposure. So, you don’t
have to perform manual calibration and measurement equipment are unnecessary. Naturally, ANYVIEW-500R
supports Automatic, Semi-auto and Manual Calibration functions.
Adaptable calibration function keeps up long-term stability and accuracy by trimming calibration data
whenever x-ray exposed.
Remote Diagnosis Software can make report about information of system, user, service and error by the USB
connection between PC and control console, and transfer report to ECOTRON via internet.
The mobile C-arm Anyview-500R is intended for use to produce X-ray images of patient during medical
operations. The Anyview-500R system consists of a Main power board and Main control board, Control
console, SMPS, X-ray generator, Image intensifier.
X-ray generator contains the HT tanks and control circuits, the filament drivers, FET drivers, Collimator control
circuits and interface connections to the Main control board.
This product, Fluoroscopic x-ray system, is radiation medical equipment only used by professional radiologists.
This product is designed to provide fluoroscopic and spot film images of the patient during diagnostic and
interventional procedures.
This system can be applied in emergency room, operation room, cast room or etc. of hospital.
Indication
Bone fracture, Interventional procedures
NOTE
Side Effects
Operating X-ray on a patient for a lengthy period of time may cause the following side effects.
Dizziness
Nausea
Vomiting
Diplopia
Skin Numbness
Masticatory Atonia
Transient leg paresthesia
Contraindication
In case of taking continuously pulsating X-rays on the parts where artificial cardiac pacemaker or
implantable defibrillator is implanted, such devices may suffer from inappropriate malfunction.
Therefore direct X-ray on these parts should be avoided, and minimum output should be used for a
short period of time.
In case of taking X-rays of infants, genital protective gear should be used on the genitalia.
The subject and the conductor should be at least 20cm away from the equipment when taking the X-
ray.

EQUIPMENT
2.1 SAFETY
X-ray radiation exposure may be damaging to health, with some effects being cumulative and extending over
periods of many months or even years. X-ray operators should avoid any exposure to the primary beam
and take protective measures to safeguard against scatter radiation. Scatter radiation is caused by any object
in the path of the primary beam and may be of equal or less intensity than the primary beam that exposes the
film.
No practical design can incorporate complete protection for operators or service personnel who do not take
adequate safety precautions. Only authorized and properly trained service and operating personnel
should be allowed to work with this X-ray system equipment. The appropriate personnel must be made
aware of the inherent dangers associated with the servicing of high voltage equipment and the danger of
excessive exposure to X-ray radiation during system operation.
Wear protective clothing. Protective aprons and gloves with an equivalent of a minimum of 1/64”(0.35mm)
of lead are recommended.
To protect the patient against radiation, always use radiation protection accessories in addition to devices
which are fitted to the X-ray system
Keep as large a distance as possible away from the object being exposed and the X-ray tube assembly.
Never operate this X-ray system in areas where there is a risk of explosion. Detergents and disinfectants,
including those used on patients, may create explosive mixtures of gases. Please observe the relevant
regulations.
Do not operate the x-ray system in direct sunlight or near any heat sources.
Do not operate the x-ray system near strong magnetic fields(microwave ovens, speakers, etc), and avoid
routing the x-ray system near these devices.
The x-ray system must be operated in locations that are clean(free of excess dust, dirt, debris, etc),
stable(free of vibration).
Only trained maintenance staff may remove the covers of the x-ray system.
Always select a focal spot to skin distance as large as possible to keep the absorbed dose for the patient
as low as reasonably possible.

DEVICES.
WARNING
The ANYVIEW-500R X-ray system with CE marking complies with the European Council Directive concerning
Medical Devices. One of the harmonized standards of this Directive defines the permitted levels of
electromagnetic emission from this equipment and its required immunity from the electromagnetic emission of
other devise.
It is not possible, however to exclude with absolute certainty the possibility that other high frequency electronic
equipment, which is fully compliant to the EMC regulations, will not adverse effect the operation of this x-ray
system. If the other equipment has a comparatively high level of transmission power and is in close proximity
to the generator, these EMC concerns (the risk of interference) may as mobile telephones, cordless
microphones and other similar mobile radio equipment be restricted from the vicinity of this X-ray system.
ANYVIEW-500R needs special precautions regarding EMC and needs to be installed and use according to
the EMC information provided in this operation manual. For more information, refer to Appendix B.

NOTE
Internal X-ray system components will heat up during normal use of the x-ray system. This is similar to X-ray
tube heating during normal x-ray system operation. The amount of heat produced is proportional to the
product of kV, mA and time.
CAUTION
NOTE
Use the procedure when the generator has not been used for several days. This procedure provides for
exposures at medium power before the tube is used at maximum mA or kV values. This will reduce the
possibility of damaging the X-ray tube and high voltage components. No test setup is required.
For maximum stability and reliability, use the following techniques at start up:

12.5 CLEANING
Keep the machine clean when it gets dirt, especially after a surgery. To clean the main-body, turn off the
power and pull the plug out from the outlet. Scrub surfaces smoothly with soft fabric or gauze. Keep the
machine clean when it gets dirt, especially after a surgery.
To clean the main-body, turn off the power and pull the plug out from the outlet as pictures above. Do not allow
liquids and water enter inside the unit, to prevent from short circuits and corrosion of inner parts.
WARNING
Make sure the disconnection from the mains before cleaning the unit!
Clean the extra covers, carrying handles, foot switch, hand switch, breakers, monitors and the
accessories using a damp cloth.
Periodically and when necessary decontaminate the op panel, the carrying handles, the breakers, the
surfaces of monitors using a proper decontaminator.
WARNING
Do not keep near the magnetic stuffs and water pails etc. They might bring a serious
harm to the system.
If the X-ray system has completed its useful service life, local environmental
regulations must be complied with in regard to disposal of possible hazardous
materials used in the construction of the generator.
In order to assist with this determination, the noteworthy materials used in the
construction of this generator are itemized below:
ITEM
• Electrical insulating oil in HT tank. This is a mineral oil with trace additives (11 Liter)
• Solder (lead/tin).
• Electrical and electronic components: IC’s, transistors, diodes, resistors, capacitors, etc.
In the case of one of the following, however, a certain amount of service fees will be charged.
• Defect or damage found after the warranty period.
• Defect or damage in appearance which is not related to main function of the system.
• Damage caused by a natural disaster; such as fire, earthquake, or lightning strikes.
• Damage resulting from either improper movement or inattention to the precautions.
• Damage resulting from repair or modification by someone other than ECOTRON or the authenticated by

Field strengths from fixed transmitters, such as base stations for radio (cellular/cordless) telephones and
land mobile radios, amateur radio, AM and FM radio broadcast and TV broadcast cannot be predicted

electromagnetic site survey should be considered. If the measured field strength in the location in which the
ANYVIEW-500R is used exceeds the applicable RF compliance level above, the ANYVIEW-500R should be
observed to verify normal operation. If abnormal performance is observed, additional measures may be
necessary, such as re-orienting or relocating the ANYVIEW-500R.
