Model VA35 Automatic Kick-Out

Available in Tandem and Parallel

Model VA35 automatic kick-out valve sections are used to operate

multiple functions that have a definite sequence of operation with
very little input or effort from the machine operator. Simply move all
the auto kick-out section handles to a detented work position and the
valve does the rest. If tandem sections are used, the section will
activate in upstream to downstream order one after the other.

All pump flow is delivered to the first section function until the pressure of that function rises to the
pressure setting of the back cap. At this point, a small relief valve in the back cap activates and releases
the detent, sending the section's spool back to neutral. The next section in the bank now receives the full
pump flow and the process repeats until all the auto kick-out spools are back in neutral.

If parallel sections are used, the sequence of operation is determined by the pressure needs of each
function. The section with the lowest pressure requirement will move first, the section with the next lowest
pressure requirement would activate next and so forth.

There are also sections available that are controlled by an external pressure signal.
