MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract made and entered by and between:

JOHN BERT D. VILLASPIN, Punong Barangay of Centro Sur, Alcala, herein referred
to as the “FIRST PARTY”;

- and -

GERON JUNK SHOP, represented by MR. HERBERT B. GERON of Centro Sur,

Alcala, Cagayan, herein referred to as the “SECOND PARTY”;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY shall buy BOTE, PLASTIC, BAKAL to the FIRST
PARTY with the agreed price list:
1. BOTE- (1.25/PC., LATA) - P2.00/KILO
2. PLASTIC -P 3.00/KILO
3. BAKAL -P7.00/KILO

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY shall pick-up said BOTE, PLASTIC, BAKAL at
Centro Sur Barangay Hall every last day of the month;

WHEREAS, this Memorandum of Agreement will be in effect for TWO (2) years
from the date of last signature;

WHEREAS, both parties shall comply with their respective obligation without
need of further demand.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have hereunto set their hands this
