Dear users,
As you know, our fleet management web platform evolves every month!
We are pleased to inform you that from April 2020, you will be able to view our latest release note
online. This presentation is not exhaustive, but it gives you a synthetic view on the new
functionalities and improvements of the user experience. The document can be consulted by
clicking on the pop up that appears when you connect (you can also hide it if you wish). The whole
team remains at your disposal to answer your questions,

• Strong authentication on connections to the CLS fleet management platform (optional):
We provide a new ‘strong authentication’ service, i.e. high secure ID system for password management, do not hesitate to contact our
teams for more information ( => New “SecureID option”; Replacement following the phasin-out of the old "Active Cards“ system)
• User Interface (Access from desktop) :
Resizing of fonts and icons to be able to display more data and improve global readability (more rows on the datatable, for instance)

[HUMANITARIAN/EXPORT SPECIFIC]
- Fleetsharing Solution / Pool Management & Dispatcher tool
• Administration part : One or multiple users can be assigned as Dispatcher for a user group in the category DutyStation
• Notification in case of urgent requests (departure less than 24 hours) : Mail sent to all dispatchers linked to the
DutyStation of the requester

- BUG FIXING
[ ALL]
- Alarms with no alarm levels are no longer visible in the list
- POI Import : Maximum number of POI that can be imported in a single file is now 3000.
