Senior Staff Consultant (June 2007 - November 2010)
Member of the sales, compensation, and operational reporting team for North America Consulting. Responsibilities included
development of new reporting, managing the yearly quota process, and processing the quarterly license spiffs and large deal
approvals for compensation.
Accomplishments:
Developed the annual Quota Workbooks used in assigning yearly sales quotas for approximately 200 sales reps in the 4
lines of business in North America Consulting. Managed the workbooks through the approval process to final input of sales
metrics into the compensation database.
Managed the Quota setting process for all newly hired and transferred employees into North America Consulting
Instrumental in the development of various reports including Sales Rep. Scorecards, Headcount, Cost Center Hierarchy,
Pipeline & Bookings, AR/DSO and various Executive Dashboards.
Developed and managed the processes of the quarterly large deals and license spiffs for approval and payment.

Senior Staff Consultant (March 2006 – June 2007)


Instrumental in the sales transition of the Siebel services organization to Oracle’s North America Consulting.

Accomplishments:
Calculated the Siebel quarterly sales commissions for the remaining Oracle fiscal year during the first year transition
Managed the bonus and commissions aspects to the divestiture of the OnTarget business unit
Assisted in the development of new bonus metrics for 4,800 employees in Oracle’s North American Services group
