Interpersonal Relations – is the ability to demonstrate

with civility and respect. It includes establishing rapport,
behaving in ways that earn and maintain respect.
Problem Solving Ability – refers to the ability to generate
creative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities.
2 This includes identifying and weighing options, making good
decisions after reviewing all relevant information and anticipating
and planning for potential problems.
Communication Skills - ability to express oneself clearly and
effectively when speaking and/or writing to individuals or groups.
3 Also, keeps managers and /or coworkers informed of work
progress. Clear communication also mean sharing information in a
timely manner using the most appropriate method.

Leadership Skills – is the ability to take action to improve a


situation without waiting for explicit instructions. This
4 competency includes understanding how one’s own job activities
relates to the organization’s goals, involving people in recognizing
and responding to opportunities in order to reach a goal and
seeking new and improved approaches to completing assignments.
Accountability – refers to taking personal responsibility for all
work activities and personal actions, including following through
5 on commitments, implementing decisions that have been agreed
upon, maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information,
recognizing that cause and effect of actions and events, and
acknowledging all mistakes or failures without blaming others.
Quality - Demonstrates competence in required job skills, work is
6 thorough and consistent; adheres to organization’s guidelines as
mentioned in ISO and P-CMM.
Ability to work under Pressure – refers to competency in taking
7 on additional responsibilities, delivering in spite of pressure and
meeting targets and deadlines, managing both people and
processes
Self Confidence – is the ability a person has to believe in one’s
own abilities. This includes expressing confidence in one’s ability
8 to succeed even when facing challenging circumstances,
presenting oneself to others in a confident and assured manner,
being clear and assertive when stating one’s own position while,
at the same time, being able to accept feedback constructively.
Time Management - is the ability to manage one’s own time in
order to produce high quality results in an efficient manner. It
9 includes the ability to use resources wisely, and to make good
decisions that bring out the best in an organization in work,
culture and spirit.
Attendance - is adherence to company policies both in practice
10 and in spirit. Also involves a certain amount of discipline in
reporting for work on time and enabling self and others in meeting
targets.
