3. 3. Standard and Basic Competences There are four standard
competences for English lesson of Junior High School in School-Based
Curriculum. Those are: 1. Listening 2. Speaking 3. Reading 4. Writing
4. 4. LISTENING Standard Competences -Understanding the meaning of
very simple transactional and interpersonal conversation for interacting
with closest environment. -Understanding the meaning of very simple short
functional oral text for interacting with closest environment.
5. 5. LISTENING In listening skill we can use video which contains
interpersonal conversation. We listen the whole conversation carefully and
writing down whether the speakers said in a piece of paper. Then, we
practice on pronouncing those words. In addition, we can also use song to
improve our listening skill. We write down the lyric of the song and
practicing to pronounce the words.

tutur : menyapaorang yang sudah/belum dikenal; memperkenalkan diri
sendiri/orang lain, dan memerintah atau melarang. 3.3 mengungkapkan
makna dalam percakapan transaksional (to get things done) dan
interpersonal (bersosialisasi) dengan menggunakan ragam bahasa lisan
sangat sederhana secara akurat, lancar, dan berterima untuk berinteraksi
dengan lingkungan terdekat yang melibatkan tindak tutur : meminta dan
memberi informasi, mengucapkan terimakasih, meminta maaf, dan
mengungkapkan kesantunan.

dengan lingkungan terdekat. 4.2 Mengungkapkan makna gagasan dalam

berterima untuk berinteraksi dengan lingkungan terdekat.

School, we announce English speech contest. • Time : Saturday, 22 March

Difficulties of Learning English • The Effective Ways of Learning English
The speech takes at least 5 minutes, and there will be great prizes for the
winners. For further information, please visit the committee of this English

Competences - Giving expression the meaning of idea in very simple short
functional written text by using any kinds of written language accurately

instruction, something that may be done or may not be done include
prohibition, invitation, short message, shopping list, notice, announcement
and so on that contains a meaning and used in daily communication.
