Exercises at Class - Week 3: Requirements

Requirements: EXERCISES AT CLASS - WEEK 3
Create a folder named <HOTEN_MSSV_NHOM> to save the files after finishing the tasks, archive
the folder to a rar file and upload the archived file to the Elearning site (cait.tdtu.edu.vn/elearning).
I/ Create and format the worksheet (Save the file)
1/ In the CLC_BTTL_Excel_Tuan 3.xlsx workbook, display all hidden worksheets.
2/ In the CLC_BTTL_Excel_Tuan 3.xlsx workbook, delete the Test worksheet
In the CLC_BTTL_Excel_Tuan 3.xlsx workbook, change each of the visible worksheet tabs to a
3/ different color.
4/ Create a new workbook named MyCalendar based on the Calendar template in the excersice folder.
Copy the Question worksheet from the CLC_BTTL_Excel_Tuan 3.xlsx workbook to the first of the
5/ MyCalendar workbook
Move the Calendar worksheet from the CLC_BTTL_Excel_Tuan 3.xlsx workbook to the end of the
6/ MyCalendar workbook. Close the file CLC_BTTL_Excel_Tuan 3.xlsx
In the MyCalendar workbook, change Font Color to Red for all cells in SUNDAY and SATURDAY
7/ columns of all worksheets
In the MyCalendar workbook, set Tab Color for the first three worksheets with Green , for the next three
worksheets with Red, for the more next three worksheets with Yellow and for the last three worksheets
8/ with Dark Blue.
9/ In the MyCalendar workbook, insert a new worksheet named New
Group 3 worksheets named Question, New and Calendar in the MyCalendar workbook, change the Tab
10/ color of the group to the same color.
II/ Navigate through a worksheet (in the MyCalendar workbook).
1/ On the Calendar worksheet, move to the cell range named Calendar1Month, select January value.
2/ On the Calendar worksheet, move to cell H160, enter the text "Year-end party".
3/ On the January worksheet, select cells J1:K3, then underline the text.
4/ On the January worksheet, move to the last populated cell, enter the text "Last cell".
5/ On the January worksheet, move to the cell range named Print_Area, set the contents bold and italic
On the Question worksheet, move to column HOA, use Snipping Tool to take a screenshot of the current
6/ Excel window and save to the Pic1.png file. Move to the first cell of the Question worksheet
III
/ Personalize the excel environment (in the new workbook)
1/ Disable the Formula AutoComplete function.
2/ Disable the Function Screentips function.
3/ Configure Excel so that the selection does not move after pressing Enter.
4/ On the Calendar worksheet, replace each instance of "Notes" with "Quotes".
Configure Excel so that it shows formulas instead of their calculated results in cells on the August
5/ worksheet.
6/ Configure Excel to save the auto recover information every 6 minutes.
7/ Configure Excel to use the 12pt font size as default.
8/ Display tab Developer on the Excel Ribbon.
Show the Quick Access Toolbar below the Ribbon, use the Snipping Tool to take a screenshot of the
9/ current Excel window and save to the Pic2.png file.

/ Save workbook in specific formats.
1/ Save the current workbook as an Excel 2003 file named MyCalendarVer2003.
2/ Convert the file to Excel 2016 format and save it with the name MyCalendarVer2016.
3/ Save the Calendar worksheet in PDF format with the name MyCalendar, open the file after publishing.
Save the entire workbook in PDF format with the name AllCalendar, do not open the file after
4/ publishing.
5/ Save the January worksheet in CSV (Comma delimited) format with the name January.
