Learning Outcomes Course
Study Program Learning Outcomes:
1. Mastering written and oral language in accordance with correct grammatical rules;
2. Mastering English grammar to express ideas in written and spoken manner.

Course Learning Outcomes:


Students will develop a good grasp of advanced English grammar. This general outcome will be assessed in two specific areas by evaluation
of the weekly exercises in the form of quizzes, self-correcting exercises, a mid-term exam, and a final exam. Upon completing this course,
students can:
a) master the advanced grammatical uses and forms of tenses, modals, passives, conditionals, clauses, gerund;
b) apply those rules in different contexts.
This course is designed to develop grammar competence for students of English as a second or foreign language. The course introduces the
Course Description form, meaning, and usage of advanced grammatical structures in English. It provides ample opportunities for practice through extensive and
varied exercises leading to communicative activities. Although it focuses on grammar, it promotes the development of all language skills. It
includes numerous new exercises with, at the end of each chapter, cumulative review exercises that include additional communicative and
interactive student-centered tasks.
