Good evening teacher, good evening, students. The members of the group are of
Krisna, Hermelinda and me. This time we chose the company Telefonica for our
exhibition since our partner Hermelinda works there and we find it interesting,

Company that provides worldwide service in the telephone and
telecommunications market.

The dissatisfaction of the users that provide for the services that other
companies provide.

WEAKNESSES
There is no power to satisfy the needs of the existing demand due to
established limitations.

The entry of new companies in the area where they have exclusive service.

This area has several functions, which are mentioned below the most important.

business.

operations and communicate with interested parties and those outside the
company.

SOLUTIONS
It is necessary to provide a solution to all the problems that the company faces
due to the COVID -19 pandemic and we consider the following:

 The finance area should seek bank financing to cover its obligations to its
creditors
 The human resources area should provide facilities for its collaborators
to work from home.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE COURSE

The english language, in addition to being considered the universal language, is


the most widely used language for scientific research work and business. It is
statistically proven that mastering English increases the chances of getting a
good job and continuing to grow personally and professionally.
