Do you want to create an online course so that you can
change other people’s lives & create long-term financial
success for yourself?

In this cheatsheet, I’ll be summarizing the 5 steps that I


teach in my Course That Sells Coaching Program so that
you can create & sell your very first online course in 60 days
even if you’re not an expert or don’t have any experience
yet…
Step #1: Identify

Want to know how to identify a course idea that’s 100% proven to


work?

In every course I sell, I have 2 criterias- willing & able.

I know a kid who made $10 Million selling an online course about
personality development for kids.

His name is Caleb and he is just 17 years old.

He structured it kinda like a Netflix for kids but instead of movies


and entertainment, he created motivational videos to help kids
become successful in life.

But do you know who his target market is?

No, it’s not kids. Because kids are not willing to watch motivation-
al contents plus they don’t have the financial capacity to buy.

His target market are parents! Which is both willing & able to
invest in the program.

Even if you have the best course idea, but you’re targeting the
wrong market…

This will make or break your business.


Step #2: Test

Have you seen other course creators spend months creating a


course that doesn’t sell?

Of course, I encountered that experience as well.

That’s why I created a strategy that most real estate companies


use… Pre-selling!

What if before you spend time creating your course… You’re 100%
confident that your course is proven to sell to the market?

Everytime I have a course idea, I pre-sell my course using a white-


board webinar.

A webinar is kinda online seminar where you give value and at


the of the presentation, you sell your course.

But I do this without using fancy powerpoint slides or using ex-


pensive softwares.

That’s why it’s called Whiteboard Webinar because all you need
is a whiteboard, market, and a few minutes of presentation.

Everytime, I do this… I always get a minimum of 6 digits in sales


before I even create my course.
It’s kinda like how Facebook started. They got immediate fund-
ing from investors to grow their company even before the app
was fully developed.

But in our case, we get immediate funding for our course idea
without giving out ownership of our company.

How much would it be worth if people would literally pay you


money to implement your course idea?

Would you be motivated to wake up in the morning & build your


business?
Step #3: Record

Want to know why my courses produce student results?

It’s because I didn’t create the course blindly just like what most
gurus teach you.

I record the course via an online group coaching with my betta


students.

My betta students are the ones who bought my program during


pre-selling.

This is where I teach the entire training in front of them so that I


could get immediate feedback & know exactly what my students
want.

Your betta students could ask questions, interact, and give sug-
gestions to improve your initial course.

After a few weeks recording the course, you’re now confident


that what you’ve created could change people’s lives as it
changed the life of your initial students.
Step #4: Launch

Congrats! You’ve already created your course!

The next phase is to officially launch it. Now, step 4 & 5 are the
easiest steps because you’ve already proven that your idea is
working and you’ve also created your product already.

This stage is kinda like improving what we’ve done in Step #2.

If we sold our course in Step #2 without using powerpoint slides,


testimonials, and softwares.

Now it’s the time to use them so we can increase our conversions
to 3x-5x more.

This way, we could get more sales with lesser effort. Because
technically, we just have to do this once.

So it’s kinda like buying a real estate property once, but you get
“passive rental income” for life.

But here, instead of buying an expensive property, you’re build-


ing a virtual real estate and receive daily recurring income.
Step #5: Automate

Have you dreamed of going to Hawaii drinking coconut water


without worrying about life?

After doing more than a dozen business ventures, I believe this


is the only business that could provide that lifestyle.

When I was in network marketing, I’d have to do prospecting,


selling, and presenting so that I could convert a prospect into a
customer.

The more I want to make money, the more I should spend time
doing all these things.

But when you sell an online course… You don’t do the selling,
selling, and the presenting.

What if I told you that…

Facebook does the prospecting for you…

Your sales process does the selling for you…

And your webinar does the presenting for you…


That means you could literally make sales while you sleep as
long as you’ve all these systems in place.

That’s the power of having an online course business.
