4.0 Itroduction
This chapter presents the presentation of data analysis, and interpretation. this chapter is
based on the study topic " Relationship between employee turnover and organizational
profitability in erigavo district, Somaliland" the study was based on the research objectives
that included assessing the level of level of employee turnover, conducting an evaluation
level of organizational profitability in erigavo district somaliland. the data was collected
from Golis telecom company located in Erigavo district, somaliland.
The data analysis and interpretation was based on research questions as well as research
objectives, the presentation is divided into two parts.
The first part presents the respondent profile or demographic information, while the second
part deals with presentation, interpretation, and analysis of the research objectives
including their correlation measures. Below are the data presentations and analysis of
research findings.
This part presents the background information of the respondents who participated the
study. the purpose of this background information was to find out the characteristics of the
respondents and show the distribution of respondents in the study. The demographics
tackle the gender of respondents, academics, age, and marital status by respondent

The presentation were that on gender of respondents, as the above table shows majority of
respondents were male who constituted 97.1% while 2.9% of the respindents were
female.the findigs imply that the most of respondents were male in Golis telecom company
in erigavo. it further implies that male dominated in provision of data given that the study
was about Golis telecom company, only one female work the company.

The age categorization of respondents' age present findings which show that the most of
respondents were in a age category between 31-35 with 51.4% of the respondents, 20% were
recorded on the age between 26-30 years, and finally 36 above with 28.6%. The findings
imply that the study was taken from mature respondents there for information attained can be
based on for decision making.

On the marital status of the respondents, the findings were that majority of the respondents
were married with 80% of the respondents. Those who were single were 20% the findings
reveal that responses were attained from responses were attained from responsible
respondents since majority are married.

The research findings on the time of work by employee in Golis telecom company in erigavo
district were that majority of the respondent 40% who had worked 3-4 years and 25.7% of
the respondents had worked 1-2 years also 5.7% of the respondents had worked 5-7 years
while 7 years above were 28.6% of the respondents. The findings imply that respondents
have worked for a medium period of time so have enough information about the required
information. The bio-data helped to identify the behavior of some personality due to aspects
of origin and behavior.

On the education characteristics of the respondents were degree that constituted 40.0% of the
respondents, followed by diploma with 32.6% of the respondents, master's degree had 1.7%
and finally high school with 25.7% of the respondents. The findings on this imply that
majority of the respondents were educated, it is of no doubt that the researcher attained data
from educated people.
4.2 The level of employee turnover at Golis telecom company in Erigavo, somaliland the
first objective of this study was to determine level of employee turnover at Golis telecom
company in Erigavo district, somaliland.
Respondents were required to rate controlling on each of item on level of variables and
ticking the relevent numbers in the table. Their responses were analyzed using SPSS's
summary statistics were showing mean and standard deviation.
The researcher also employed correlation between the variables of dependent and
independent variable.
The respondents responses were analyzed and described using means as summarized in table
4.2 below
Descriptive Statistics
The study findings on the level of employee turnover at Golis telecom company in erigavo
district,.the findings shows that different responses were provided for and an average
response indicateof 2.71mean, standard deviation of 0.40 implying good, the responses are
a result of the collection of questions answered and responded to as shown below.
First question respondents were answered level of employee turnover is low in Golis telecom
company in Erigavo district, were the mean was 1.34, standard deviation of .838 interpreted
as very poor implying that there is lack of Employee turnover in Golis telecom company in
erigavo somaliland.
The study findings were also that employee turnover can be costly from outlook of an
organization the findings were that the mean 2.89, standard deviation of 1.132, indicated as
good implying that employee turnover can be costly from outlook of an organization.
While respondents agreed job satisfaction is another imperative element that is linked with
the employee turnover, the response were with the mean of 3.00, standard deviation of 1.029,
interpreted as good implying that the Golis telecom company consider job satisfaction as
another imperative element.
The study findings in organizational commitments can easily influance the employee
turnover ratio is good which had a mean of 2.77, the standary deviation of .877, interpreted as
good implying that many respondents agreed that organizational commitments can easily
influence the employee turnover ratio.
The respondents agreed that the factor of remuneration is also associated with employee
turnover the study findings that a mean of 2.91,and standard deviation of .887, interpreted as
good.
Concerning high cost of advertising caused to decline profitability the responses had a mean
of 2.80, standard deviation of .994, interpreted as good meaning that the high cost of
advertising caused to decline profitability.
Concerning the aspect of gross profit of Golis Telecom Company is high, the responses had
a mean of 3.00, the standard deviation of 1.029, interpreted as Good, and this shows that
the gross profit of Golis telecom admired is high.
The respondents agreed the statement of employees of Golis Telecom Company in Erigavo is
very admired The system of HRD strategy in a company, the mean 2.71, standard deviation
of 1.152, implying that respondents agree to the statement.
Further more, concerning the aspect higher level of turnover results a greater expenditure
associated hiring and training new staff in Golis Telecom Company,

The study findings were also increase in employee turnover problems for the organization,
the mean of 2.89, and standard deviation of .932 implying that the respondent's responses
agreed.
There are many ways that the company can make 35 3.14 1.061 good
its customers more profitable

The study findings of on the any organizations profitability depends on performance, the
results of on the overal responses were that a mean of 3.06, and standard deviation of 0.76
implying good.
The responses were answered on the organizations core objective is profitability, the results
of an overall responses were that a mean of 2.71, and standard deviation of 0.78, indicats that
organization's core objective is profitability.
While the respondents agreed attainable increase in satisfaction could drastically improve
profitability of a company, mean of 2.97, and standard deviation of 0.95 implying that
attainable increase in satisfaction could drastically improve profitability of a company.
The study findings show that respondents agreed to the statement that is improve quality and
customer satisfaction are beginning of organizational profitability, mean of 2.94, and standerd
deviation of 1.18, indicating that improvement of quality and also customer satisfaction are
beginning of organizational profitability.
These respondents were profitable there are many ways that the company can make its
customers more profitable, the mean 3.14, and standard deviation of 1.06, interpreted as good
implying that there are many ways that the company can make its customer more profitable.
The study findings were also that organizational profitability require a different sort of
leadership, the mean 3.14, standard deviation of 0.84, interpreted as good.
Other hand this were agreed that there are many factors that affect organizational
profitabilityprofitability such as customer satisfaction, a mean of 3.11, and standard deviation
of 0.96.
The study findings of it is evaluated that the low salary of employee will out come in to
decreased organizational profitability the mean 3.57 , and standard deviation of 0.50 implying
that the respondents strongly agreed to the statement.
Finally the answers given the researcher shows that there is a relationship between employee
turnover and organizational profitability, the mean 3.31, and standard deviation of .631,
interpreted as very good implying that there is strongly relationship between employee
turnover and organizational profitability.
4.4 Relationship between the employee turnover and organizational profitability in
Golis telecom company in Erigavo Somaliland.
Objective four of this study was to determine if there is significant relationship between
employee turnover and organizational profitability, in Golis telecom company in Erigavo,
somaliland .To test this research objectives, the researcher correlated all the mean of
perceptions computed in Table 4.2 and 4.3 above, using the pearson's correlation coefficient (
PLCC, r). Results of this test are indicated in table 4.4 relationship between employee
turnover and organizational profitability in Erigavo Somaliland( sig.= 0.05)

Table 4.4 presents correlation results between employee turnover and organizational profitability. It
indicates that the the correlation between employee turnover and organizational profitability is
significant ( r= 0.335. sig.= .049) this implies that the cause's empliyee turnover highlighted a
positive significant relationship to the organizational profitability.
