GOALS OF THE ACTIVITY

It is an activity of applying writing and reading in English, and at the same time
bringing into context the knowledge acquired in the previous semester on the
determinants of health and the objectives of sustainable development goals

IDENTIFY THE 8 (EIGHT) PRIORITY DIMENSIONS AND THE 2 TRANSVERSAL


DIMENSIONS. ALSO, IDENTIFY SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Goal 1. End poverty in all its forms everywhere

Goal 2. End hunger, achieve Food security and improved mutrition, and promete
sustainable agricultura

Goal 3. Ensure healthy lives and promete well-being for all at all ages

Goal 4. Ensure inclusive and equitable quiality education and promete life-long le
learning opportunities for all

Goal 5. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls

Goal 6. Ensure availabillity and sustainable management of wáter and sanitation

Goal 8. Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and

DEFINITIONS FOR THE NEXT TERMS:

Geopolitics: the study or the application of the influence of political and economic
geography on the politics, national power, foreign policy, etc., of a state. the
combination of geographic and political factors influencing or delineating a country
or region.

Sustainable development: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set


of 17 objectives that set 169 proposed goals to solve the social, economic and
environmental problems that affect the world from 2015 to 2030. The SDGs are
special in that they imply the issues that affect us all. They reaffirm our
international commitment to permanently end poverty everywhere. They are
ambitious to call them something because their goal is that no one is left behind.
Most importantly, it invites and gives all of us the opportunity to create a more
sustainable, safe and prosperous planet for humanity.

Environment: Environment is called the set of natural elements such as air, water
or soil and social elements that make life on the planet feasible; In other words, it is
the environment where the human being develops, develops and prolongs his
life.This environment is made up of biological and physical beings such as fauna,
humans and flora, and both natural or biological elements are correlated for proper
functioning. of said environment.

Determinants in health: Social Determinants of Health, understood as those


situations or conditions or circumstances that are part of the welfare, quality of life,
human development, which influence the health of people and that, acting and
interacting at different levels of organization, determine the health status of the
population (Whitehead,2006).The Social Determinants of Health thus make up a
model that recognizes the concept that epidemiological risk is determined
