Glory be to my Lord, the Great, and praise belongs

Rising to stand
Allaahu akbar Sami`allaahu liman hamidah
God hears the one who praises Him

Bismillaahi’r-Rahmaani’r-Raheem Going to prostration

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Allaahu akbar
Compassionate
Al-hamdu lillaahi rabbil-`aalameen Face to ground
Praise belongs to God, Lord of the Worlds Subhaana rabbiy al-a`laa wa bihamdih
Arrahmaanir raheem Glory be to my Exalted Lord, and praise belongs to
the Merciful, the Compassionate Him
Maaliki yawmid-deen
Master of the Day of Judgement Rising to sitting
Iyyaaka na`budu wa iyyaaka nasta`een Allaahu akbar
We worship only You and from You alone do we
seek help Going to prostration
Ihdinas-siraat al-mustaqeem Allaahu akbar
Lead us on the straight path
siraat al-ladheena an`amta `alayhim Face to ground
he path of those whom You have blessed Subhaana rabbiy al-a`laa wa bihamdih
ghayril maghdoobi `alayhim Glory be to my Exalted Lord, and praise belongs to
not of those on whom is [Your] Wrath Him
wa la’d-daalleen
nor of those who have gone astray Going to stand
Allaahu akbar

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the
Compassionate
Qul huwallaahu ahad
Say: ‘He is God, the One
Allaahus samad
God the Eternal and Besought of all,
Lam yalid walam yoolad Second Rak'at
Neither begetting nor begot
Wa lam yakullahu kufuwan ahad
Bismillaahi’r-Rahmaani’r-Raheem
Nor is there anything comparable or equal to Him
