 Recitations are only done once in a while, however, always be prepared.
 Quizzes shall be done every month, except if the class have low scores, then it will result to having more quizzes.

and the law w/c amended it (deadline: 15 days before the finals)

2. Memorize terms and provisions under the RPC
- Defn of Criminal Law (understand also the meaning of its contents)

- REVISED PENAL CODE

o e.g. territoriality – extending scope by adapting a new rule; Archipelagic rule (3 nautical mile rule)
- Laws of treaties, general/preferential application, crimes against humanity, property, etc
