 Quizzes shall be done every month, except if the class have low scores, then it will result to having more quizzes.

- Provisions of 1987 Consti re: passage/creation of penal laws by the Congress
- Kinds of laws that were passed by Congress
- Rules re: construction of penal laws
- Characteristics of Criminal law
o e.g. territoriality – extending scope by adapting a new rule; Archipelagic rule (3 nautical mile rule)
- Laws of treaties, general/preferential application, crimes against humanity, property, etc
