Situation

Colombian families suffer from different health problems caused by internal or

external situations such as unemployment, sedentariness, low self-esteem,
resentments, anger… which turn into stress, depression, fatigue, anxiety, among
others. And the daily news show that this affects our physical and emotional health,
leading to making bad decisions: isolation, violence, and even death. How to deal with
this?

What were the families in Colombia now have become more dispersed now the dining rooms

cities and we have separated from each other without knowing without wanting to know
