longer use the ranch and they’re ready to move on. Some
were burned out from the 2017 Atlas Fire. We’re seeking
new enthusiastic and energetic folks to help us remake our
community with a bright outlook on the future. Building
sites available, “in-law units” and main houses, or buy in to
an existing house. Develop the old hunters camp area with
innovative glamping facilities. Even basic Members have
access to main Ranch House and guest rooms - we have 3
and plans to add 3 more. Negotiate price and possibly
financing from sellers.
