Change work schedule 5:30pm to 1:30 am

The company has decided to make a change in the time schedule due to they have started to work
with a new company that is located in Australia and they have to adapt to the time change
seasons that Australia has.

1.

 Grow in international market to keep contact with the company in order to have a better
communication and relation with the other party.
 To manage better the business having the opportunity to see the transaction in real time


2.

FIRST STAGE
It has surprised the workers due to they will start to work in a huge different schedule which is
extremely difficult and hard for the employees to have this new horary.

SECOND STAGE
Not easy to work in the early morning due to climate conditions, country time, personal and social
life has disappear.
 THIRD STAGE
Finally the employees has gotten an adapt in the schedule and also some of them are comfortable
now due to they are getting more salary but there are few people that are still resisting to accept
the change due to the time hours.

 More salary  Unproductive employees
 Better results and profits  Too much disagreement
 Everybody can learn and practice  No people available for work due to the
another language time
 Company’s growth  They won’t commitment

4. The employees will feel very satisfy and efficient due to they have adapt to the new schedule
which make to produce a flexible work and the employees will be multitaskers, they will be able to
do many things being more productive.

1. Explain a future event
- Our idea is to increase business opportunities with new markets.
2. Make an informed prediction about the financial status of your/a business area
- The company has Gotten a profit up to 20% due to the incomes were higher than the
costs.
3. Refer to your staffs concerns that the company may close and reassure them
- Don’t worry we are going to give you a really good reward and also you will have the
opportunity to start in another company.
4. Indicate that you are going to expand on a point about a new flextime system

- Dear employees, our schedule will have some changes but it is going to be more
flexible than the one that you have now.
5. Hand over the presentation about your department to a colleague from a different
department.
- This is the presentation that I promised to give you so if you have ready your
presentation you can give it to me.
6. You have made a presentation about new, higher sales target. Give your audience a call
for action.
 - We have made a new sales target with different characteristics so if you are interested
in our sales you can give us your personal details including your phone number and
tomorrow early we are going to call you and we can have an agreement.

 Use of the internet in work time.

- Our idea is to Block the social media in that way you are going to used the internet just
for work matters
- As you all know the internet speed is not enough for our needs so in a few days we are
going to change the speed in that order you can work fast with the internet services.
- It’s crucial to avoid distractions surfing in different websites that are not allowed by
the company order to have a better achievement in the company
- We are going to buy new computers in order to give you a better work resources and
this is probably going to be next week
- Marie will now have a deal with Verizon which is going to give us hotspots services
whether we use them internet services during at least 2 years
- let's digress for a moment phones and computers and look at this percentage of how
many people use internet for work and to do others activities
