This course provides an overview of behavioral sciences and its application in the real world. It leads students to investigate the three major dimensions and their
Course/ Subject Description component elements of organizational behavior: the formal organizational system, the individual and the social system. It gives them an exposure to people at work in all
kinds of organizations and how they may be motivated to work together for greater harmony.
