 Memory Drawings/Perspective :
1. Draw from your memory a “Visit to a Historic Place” along with your family. Make it look realistic by adding
appropriate details & render the same.
2. Imagine a view of a hospital from your last visit. Draw the same in the given space with proportionate human
figures, other relevant details. Colour your drawing to make it look interesting.
3. Imagine that you are inside your house and you are looking out through the peephole of your main door. Draw
a pencil sketch of what you see in the lobby outside your door through the peephole.
4. Imagine yourself to be an Umpire for a Badminton match, sitting on a high chair. A doubles match is going on
with the badminton hall packed with spectators. Draw a sketch as to how you, as an umpire, would see the
court, the players and the hall.
5. You are waiting for a bus at a small town bus stand. There are a couple of buses at the stand waiting for
passengers and 2-3 families waiting for the bus with their luggage. In one corner there is a tea stall and a
newspaper vendor and in the other corner there is a controller’s cabin. Draw the scene as you will see while you
are sitting at one of the benches.

 3-D Compositions :
1. Make an interesting balanced composition of a boiled egg, one tomato, one cucumber and two slices
of bread in a plate. Draw the composition in three dimensions showing shades and shadows.
2. In the given space draw a still life arrangement made of two square boxes, one rectangular box & one
pyramid. It should make an interesting, abstract, stable 3D composition. Also show the effects of light
& shade on it.
3. You are provided with a small clock, a talcum powder tin, a can of a soft drink and a roll of paper.
Make an interesting 3D composition and show the effects of light on the same.
4. Two paint brushes and a knife are kept in a glass on a table. Few acrylic colour tubes are lying near it.
Draw a three dimensional sketch of these objects showing shades and shadows.
5. You have 6 used automobile tyres with you. Make an interesting looking sculpture using them. Draw
shades and shadows of the same.

 2-D Compositions :
1. Design and draw in the given space an interesting composition to be used on Tee Shirts to be given
to Members of a EDUCATION FOR EVERYONE. Colour the design using maximum three
colours.
2. Design and draw in the given space an interesting composition to be used on Tee Shirts to be given
to Members of a TREKKING EXPEDITION. Colour the design using maximum four colours.
3. Make a visually appealing two dimensional composition using the basic geometric shapes of the fruits
you eat during the summer season. You may use the shapes any number of times and overlap it. Colour
the composition in shades of three colours in a medium of your choice.
4. Using line profiles pf leaves and flowers create an interesting composition to serve as a signage for a
showroom selling Herbal Products. Colour the same using not more than three colours of your choice.
5. Using 8 equilateral triangles, 5 regular pentagons and 4 circles of various sizes create an interesting two
dimensional composition in the given rectangle and colour it in two colours of your choice.
