various onshore oil and gas & Power projects.
Hands on experience in piping stress analysis Tower piping , Pumps , Heat Exchangers , Air coolers ,
Turbine, compressors ,Boiler integral Piping , Pipe rack and connected Utility Piping system in
compliance with relevant code like ANSI B 31.3 , ANSI B 31.1 ,API , NEMA etc. Using software Caesar-II

JOB PROFILE (STRESS):
Static analysis using CAESAR – II for lines connected to static and rotating equipment’s.
Static analysis for the dynamic component like PSV reaction force, slug and surge forces.
Flange leakage check by equivalent pressure, ASME Section VIII, NC 3658 method using Caesar-II.
Stress analysis for Piping connected to turbine, compressor using NEMA SM 23 and API 617 Standard.
Stress analysis for Piping connected to tanks as per API 650.
Stress analysis for Piping connected to pumps as per API 610.
Stress analysis for piping connected to Air Cooler as per API 661.
WRC 107 & 297 analysis for Nozzle local stress check using Caesar-II.
Selection of constant & variable spring hangers, Expansion joints, Strut and preparation of data sheets.
Technical Bid Evaluation for springs and special flanges.
Preparation of final Stress Analysis Reports.
Selection of supports based on stress analysis output for critical lines and for non-critical lines as per
general engineering practice.
Preparation of civil inputs like rack loading, vessel plat form loading, and sleeper loading.

JOB PROFILE (PIPING & SUPPORTS):
Flare KO drum, Fired heaters, Incinerator, Compressor, Turbine, Feed Pumps and Ejector.
Fractionator , Blow down drum, Flare tower, Storage tanks, Plate type heat exchangers, Shell and
Tube heat exchangers, Air coolers, Reactors & Silencer.
HP steam, MP steam, LP steam, Auxiliary steam, condensate, Makeup water, Heater vent and
drains, cooling water, Blow down system, Auxiliary boiler drains, Flare , liquid sulfur, vent gas ,
steam/condensate, Feed water, Demineralized water and Nitrogen gas lines.

Leading a team of stress engineers for unit 74 (common pipe rack) piping stress analysis to
facilitate the finalization of civil structure, expansion loop, reinforcement, axial stop, module
fabrication and issue of IFC isometrics.
Performing transportation analysis for modules in rack.
Performing & checking of stress calculations for systems under SRU & ARU.
Preparing stress documentation for PMC review
Providing support callouts, rack loading and finalizing calculation for 30% and 60% model within
limited time frame.
Checking of local stresses at support node on bare pipe.
Responsible for Stress analysis for critical systems connected to Reactors, Heater, Air Coolers,
Compressors, Pumps, Stack exchangers and Turbine.
