DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES


 Receives endorsement from the outgoing shift regarding patients’ condition by jotting
down patients name, diagnosis, and treatment so as to have a good system of care
 Makes nurses rounds to different patients by evaluating their condition as to the case and
treatment received.
 Renders independent and dependent nursing care.
