RE: Advice Letter

The Fiji Police Force wish to inform you the progress of police investigation into your report
dated 5/11/16 whereby an unknown person assaulted you and stole your phone branded
Alcatel One touch Pixie 3 valued $170.00 at the cross-cut route to Legalega.

Till to date the following investigation has been conducted:

1. Your complaint was received and was officially lodged and a file for your report
has been registered as Namaka Crime Report (CR) 4/11/16.

2. Your detail statement was recorded by Police Constable [PC] 3313 Josua and a
Medical Report analysis was obtained from Nadi Hospital.

3. Enquiries were made at the neighborhood near the scene of the incident at places
like Bellup Road, Legalega Rd, Taxi Drives of Votualevu, Belavu AOG church, Martintar,
Namaka and Nadi Pawn shops however there were negative result.

4. We have not arrested or questioned anyone into this matter as there is no lead. once
there is any information into this you will be advised accordingly. For any further enquiries

branded Lenovo worth $1800.00 and a cash of $15.00.

dated 17/05/19 whereby 2 member of you staff at Life Cinema, Namaka was alleged to have
stolen cash from the cash tilt.

Till to date the following investigation has been conducted:

1. Your complaint was received and was officially lodged and a file was prepared and
registered as Namaka Police Enquiry Paper [PEP] 44/01/19
2. Your detail statement was recorded by Police Constable [PC] 5103 Josaia.
3. Enquiries was conducted whereby some of the Life Cinema staff were questioned if
they information on the whereabouts of the two former staff as they have been
terminated without any relevant detail given to police and unfortunately most of the
staff are new
4. Informers were alerted but with negative results.
5. We have not arrested or questioned anyone into this matter as there is no adress or any
other detail about the two former staff who have been alleged to have committed the
offence. Once there is any information into this you will be advised accordingly.
