Technology and Information System is essential ingredient for success of today’s enterprises. But still, some
organizations used the manual system in managing information. The Tala Elementary School has a manual
enrollment system which is step by step procedure. Due to delay made by the current system the organization
can’t realize its maximum potential.

For years they have experiencing problem during enrollment which give them headache to accommodate every
students. Upon the request of Mrs. Guinez for a new system to improved its service and to serve the enrollees
more effectively, we the 3rr year students of BatStateU-ARASOF conduct an investigation of the problem.

After conducting investigation and information gathering process. The system analyst saw the school indeed
needed a computerized enrollment system. After a brief analysis form the information gathered during the
problem definition stage the analyst fount that the requirements needed for the implementation and maintenance
of the system are readily available and affordable by the school.

The current school manual system uses paperwork and direct human communication. This delays the
transmission of information. Enrollment was done through visiting the school. The teacher in charge collects the
students or enrollees information using unofficial list that will be checked eventually and being prepared for the
finalization. The finalize file will be passed to higher personnel. The student’s information was updated every
school year.

The analyst find out that the school’s existing system for the student’s enrollment was not compatible of
satisfying the efficiency of the school. The demands on the existing system will exceed its limitation or its
abilities if the numbers of the students increase. Thus in this paper, the developer aim to propose a computerized
enrollment system to Tala Elementary School principal and to enrollment committee.

Computerization of enrollment information interrelates different yet interdependent transactions in a systemized

and functional way. The use of computerized enrollment systems by organizations to help coordinate people
information is increasing throughout the world. Computerized enrollment systems for educational services reduce
processing time and human errors. System operations proceed faster, more efficiently and with the greater
accuracy than manual enrollment systems.

Upon the enrollment, new and transferee students will present their credentials to the enrollment committee. On
