1. Condition of Payment
- 10% Down Payment after P.O Received.
- Monthly Claimed the rest 90% of the Contract Amount.
2. Validity Period
- This offer is open for acceptance for one month.

 3. This proposal is only effect on routine check and emergency call except material requirement and
replacement.
4. Scope Of Work
(i) Lighting
-Weekly check the lighting fixtures and lighting power which can have enough or not. If have no
power consumption or defect, prepare on time, inspect the fixture error or change the fixture at
once. Depend on the issues, we will contact with the supplier.
-Monthly clean the lighting fixtures to have bright sharply ever and decrease the light losses.
-If in emergency, we will trace the line cable room by room with needed instruments.

(ii) Power
-Weekly check sockets and power which have enough or not. If no power available, firstly check the
load usage of consumer that equipment which have error or no error then check with socket tester,
phase sequence tester and again test the load.
-Monthly inspect all the consuming socket with tester.
- If in emergency, we will trace the line cable room by room with needed instruments.

(iii) Cable
-Annually re-inspected the continuity test and check visual of cable insulation condition with
checklist, functional test form and also report the photo record.
- If in emergency, we will trace the line cable room by room with needed instruments.

(iv) Distribution Panel

-If the breaker trip, search the fault in line first that trip and then continuously search the fault in sub
panels and main panel. And then measure the ampere, voltage and frequency with meter.
-Weekly re-measured the ampere, voltage and frequency and also check the terminations that tight
or not.
-Biannually clean the panel by blowing with vacuum cleaner to have no dust and other fuels that can
cause the spark and fire. And then check the breaker, terminations and measure the ampere,
voltage and frequency with checklist.
-Mainly, we will follow the O&M.

 (v) UPS
-If an error occurs, we will control the situation within an hour as per training. At the same time, for
the major issue we will contact with the supplier and discus with the company how should we
prepare and maintain for that.
-Biannually, recheck the UPS test report as per factory test and cooperate with the UPS maintenance
team of supplier to do the best.
-Mainly, we will follow the O&M.

(vi) AVR
-If an error occurs, we will control the situation within an hour as per training. At the same time, for
the major issue we will contact with the supplier and discus with the company how should we
prepare and maintain for that.
-Biannually, recheck the AVR test report as per factory test and cooperate with the AVR
maintenance team of supplier to do the best.
-Mainly, we will follow the O&M.

(vii) Exception
-We will do the maintenance for both floors together with building maintenance teams or after we
inform to building maintenance teams when there is any issue in the system connecting with the
Sule Square Office Building.

(viii) Reporting Schedule and Emergency Call

-We (NOW Engineering Co.,Ltd) will report weekly/monthly the maintenance issue C/W checklist and
photo records. Moreover, we will also report weekly and monthly report once in a month. If
emergency case happen, we will give the complete report.

 (ix) Regular Service
-Routine check for the system follow by the checklist and complete report.
-We(NOW Engineering Co.,ltd) will be onsite weekly and in case of emergency issue, our engineers
will be onsite within 2hours. And then we will give about two times free during maintenance one
year. After that we will charge USD $24 (24 United States Dollar) per emergency call one time.

(x) Exclusion
- If any additional work, we will charge as per issue by coordinating with the customer (World Bank)
