HOW TO
Look at the list of Values and consider what yours are. Values are important because they shape
our decisions. When we live outside of our values this often causes emotional turmoil. When you are
clear on your values this helps to make decisions easier.
Use the Dream Life Mind-map to explore what you’d like from your life. What would you like to learn,
to do, what do your relationships look like? How do you nourish your mind, body and soul? What
happens after you’ve gone, what legacy or impact would you have liked to have made? Jot
down anything that comes to mind.
Taking on board what you wrote down in your Dream Life Mind-map and your values, use these to
form some goals and habits you’d like to see covering the 10 areas of life on the Level 10 life sheet.
Set out goal, your reason why this is important and the key action steps using the Goals plan of
action sheet. Give the action steps a due date to aim for. It’s easier to focus on less goals, which
3 goals could cover most if not all the changes, progress, goals you’d like to make? Break these 3
goals down further on the Top 3 Goals sheet.
Plot out how your year will look, any key dates, milestones or events. What focus goal can you
complete each month? Put this down for each month in the Overview of the year. If you have any
holidays or periods you won’t be taking much action in then plot these out and bring forward any
deadlines.
Plan out your week with the Weekly planner. Regularly review to see how you’re doing. Celebrate
small and big wins. Take note of challenges overcome. Consider new skills you may need to learn
or develop. How did the week, month, quarter feel? Do you need to stop anything, reduce time
spent on certain activites and focus on something else? Use the Quarterly and annual reviews
to reflect and adjust.
